Vamos juntos construir a melhor comunidade de saúde que o mundo já viu! 😉Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar a excelência da assistência médica aos pacientes com doença renal crônica, por meio da aplicação das melhores práticas médicas, cumprimento dos protocolos clínicos, normas corporativas, Código de Ética Médica, Código de Conduta e diretrizes de Compliance, contribuindo para a qualidade e segurança do tratamento; Realizar consultas médicas periódicas aos pacientes sob sua responsabilidade, efetuando avaliação clínica, definição de condutas terapêuticas e acompanhamento da evolução do tratamento, com o devido registro em prontuário; Executar e manter atualizados os registros médicos nos sistemas corporativos e prontuários dos pacientes, incluindo histórico clínico, antecedentes, comorbidades, exames físicos, diagnósticos, prescrições médicas, evoluções clínicas, hospitalizações, óbitos, exames complementares e demais informações que sejam prerrogativas médicas;Participar de reuniões médicas, multiprofissionais, de qualidade e de segurança do paciente, contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos clínicos corporativos e para a melhoria contínua da assistência prestada;Atender às demandas dos pacientes e dos profissionais relacionadas ao tratamento médico com presteza, eficiência e qualidade, garantindo adequada assistência aos pacientes em tratamento; Preparar as autorizações periódicas solicitadas pelo setor de faturamento, contribuindo para o adequado fluxo dos processos assistenciais e administrativos da clínica;Representar tecnicamente a clínica em demandas operacionais e assistenciais extraordinárias, quando o Diretor Técnico não estiver presente ou acessível, assegurando a continuidade das atividades da unidade;Colaborar no alcance dos objetivos estratégicos da empresa dentro de sua atuação médica, contribuindo para o cumprimento das metas clínicas corporativas e para a excelência da assistência aos pacientes sob sua responsabilidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Medicina; Residência Médica, Especialização ou Mestrado em Nefrologia;Conhecimento do Pacote Microsoft Office.
