Evoluir os pacientes em seu plantão, examinando-os, prescrevendo-os e ministrando tratamentos para as diversas patologias, aplicando métodos da medicina aceitos e reconhecidos cientificamente, seguindo o Plano Terapêutico e Protocolos Definidos;Registrar em prontuário do paciente, o diagnóstico, tratamento e evolução da doença;Acompanhar pacientes em seus exames interna e externamente;Buscar solucionar os problemas dos pacientes existentes no seu plantão;Passar plantão mediante relatório escrito ou informatizado de seus pacientes;Emitir atestados diversos, laudos e pareceres, para atender a determinações legais;Desenvolver ações de saúde coletiva e participar de processos de vigilância em saúde, visando garantir a qualidade dos serviços prestados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesempenhar suas atividades, respeitando os princípios do Código de Ética Médica e cumprindo as normas de trabalho designadas pelo Regimento Interno do hospital;Prestar cuidados ao paciente de acordo com a respectiva especialidade (Cirurgião, Clínica Médica ,Neonatologia Alojamento Conjunto, Ginecologia e Obstetrícia, Ortopedia, UTI adulto, UTI Neonatal, respeitando as orientações do médico assistente (Plano Terapêutico),podendo modificá-lo se necessário anotando as modificações importantes na evolução do paciente;Cumprir e fazer cumprir as escalas de plantão existentes na sua unidade, cumprindo os horários estabelecidos pela mesma bem como as normas estabelecidas, sendo que as escalas são confeccionadas previamente pelo Coordenador da Unidade , acordadas com o seu corpo clinico e publicadas a seguir;Durante seu plantão providenciar a admissão dos pacientes internados na sua unidade efetuando o preenchimento completo do prontuário, a solicitação da AIH, dos exames complementares, a prescrição médica etc.;Durante seu plantão providenciar a admissão dos pacientes internados na sua unidade efetuando o preenchimento completo do prontuário, a solicitação da AIH, dos exames complementares, a prescrição médica etc.;Elaborar relatório de passagem de plantão e o mesmo não poderá se ausentar do plantão sem a passagem verbal do mesmo, cumprindo assim o código de ética médica;Realizar demais atividades pertinentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Medicina;CRM ativo;Residência médica na área;
