Suas atividades estão voltadas para a promoção, proteção e recuperação da saúde e prevenção de doenças, de forma individual ou coletiva, articulada com outros serviços da Rede de Saúde e intersetorial.UPA - As Unidade de Pronto Atendimento são definidas como estabelecimentos de saúde de complexidade intermediária entre as Unidades Básicas de Saúde/Estratégia Saúde da Família (UBS/ESF) e a Rede Hospitalar, devendo compor, junto com estas, uma rede organizada de atenção às urgências, em conformidade com as diretrizes da Política Nacional de Atenção às Urgências.E-MULTI - As Equipes Multiprofissionais atuam de forma integrada às Equipes da Estratégia Saúde da Família de forma transversal e compartilhada, por meio de diversas atividades como reuniões de equipe, discussão de casos, visitas domiciliares, ações coletivas e individuais compartilhadas e articulação territorial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento na especialidade de psiquiatria, conforme as diretrizes da Secretaria Municipal da Saúde de São Paulo e protocolos existentes. Participar de discussão de casos, atividades de matriciamento e elaboração de projetos terapêuticos singulares. Realizar interface com a rede de atenção psicossocial, bem como com a atenção básica à saúde, atuando de forma integral, facilitando o acesso, promovendo maior integração social, autonomia e protagonismo do usuário.
