Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar e coordenar as atividades da equipe de atendimento do restaurante, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços prestados;Organizar e acompanhar a operação do salão e área da piscina, assegurando o bom funcionamento do serviço e a satisfação dos clientes;Recepcionar e acolher os clientes, proporcionando uma experiência de atendimento cordial, personalizada e de excelência;Orientar, acompanhar e desenvolver a equipe de garçons, atendentes, cumins e demais profissionais envolvidos no atendimento;Distribuir as atividades e organizar a escala de trabalho da equipe, conforme a demanda da operação;Acompanhar a montagem, organização e apresentação do salão, garantindo os padrões de qualidade, higiene e conservação;Supervisionar o atendimento aos clientes, identificando necessidades e solucionando eventuais reclamações ou intercorrências;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, padrões de atendimento e normas internas da empresa;Acompanhar o fluxo de pedidos, o tempo de atendimento e a qualidade dos pratos e bebidas servidos;Realizar briefing com a equipe, alinhando informações sobre reservas, eventos, cardápio, promoções e particularidades da operação;Apoiar a gestão na integração, treinamento e avaliação de desempenho dos colaboradores da equipe;Atuar na resolução de conflitos e no direcionamento das demandas da equipe, mantendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e respeitoso.=;Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de hospitalidade e excelência estabelecidos pela empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência anterior como Maître, Supervisor ou em liderança de equipes de atendimento em A&B;Conhecimento em serviços de restaurante, etiqueta e hospitalidade;Habilidade em liderança, comunicação e gestão de equipes;Disponibilidade de horário, incluindo finais de semana e feriados;Desejável experiência em hotelaria, resorts ou restaurantes. Informações adicionaisRefeitório Próprio;Transporte Fretado;Plano de Saúde;Seguro de Vida;Desconto em resorts GAV para utilização durante as férias, conforme disponibilidade e regras internas.
