Em 2020, a Cedro Mineração adquiriu a Extrativa Mineral, antiga responsável pela operação da Mina do Gama, tornando-se assim a nova responsável pela operação.Com o compromisso de estarmos na vanguarda da mineração, em 2020 tivemos a antiga barragem de rejeito da Mina do Gama descaracterizada pela ANM. Investimos no processo de filtragem de 100% do rejeito gerado com posterior empilhamento a seco. Além disso, promovemos o reaproveitamento de aproximadamente 85% da água utilizada no processo de produção, intensificamos a gestão ambiental, a saúde e a segurança das operações, e também investimos em várias ações sociais. Posteriomente, em 2022, iniciamos uma nova operação na cidade de Mariana.Nossa atuação gerou, até este momento, mais de 1.000 empregos diretos, somados a outros 1.500 indiretos como, transportadores do nosso produto e prestadores de serviços focados na valorização pessoal e profissional, na saúde e segurança. Investimos constantemente na capacitação do nosso time de colaboradores, que atuam nas operações de Nova Lima e Mariana.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTrabalhar no pátio de carregamento em regime de turnos (03 turnos) junto as pilhas de minério e pás carregadeiras.Organizar as pás carregadeira de acordo com as pilhas e clientes.Posicionar as carretas de acordo com os destinos (cliente e pilhas) Instruir os operadores das pás carregadeiras quanto as pilhas e possíveis blends.Auxiliar na inspeção das pilhas quanto a contaminantes.Vistoriar as condições de carregamento como um todo, incluindo as condições de segurança nos pátios.Avisar término e início de pilhas.
