Faça parte do nosso time e contribua para o sucesso dos nossos projetos! 🚀Se você tem perfil analítico, organização e gosta de atuar com planejamento, acompanhamento e gestão de projetos, essa oportunidade é para você.Como Analista de Planejamento de Projetos, você será responsável por apoiar a coordenação no planejamento estratégico e na gestão de projetos de curto, médio e longo prazo, acompanhando cronogramas, indicadores, recursos, custos e demandas para garantir o cumprimento dos planos e prazos estabelecidos.Buscamos um profissional organizado, analítico, proativo e com boa capacidade de relacionamento e interface com diferentes áreas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Planejamento de projetos: Apoiar o planejamento e a gestão de projetos, elaborando e atualizando cronogramas e acompanhando planos e prazos.Gestão de demandas: Acompanhar ordens de serviço, chamados e backlog, apoiando a priorização conforme necessidades e recursos disponíveis.Processos e indicadores: Atualizar processos e documentos, apoiar o controle de indicadores e analisar resultados para identificar necessidades de novas ações.Custos e recursos: Auxiliar no controle de custos, planejamento estratégico e dimensionamento de recursos necessários aos projetos.Relatórios: Elaborar relatórios de produtividade, despesas e investimentos e apresentar os resultados da área.Interface entre áreas: Atuar com áreas internas, clientes e fornecedores para garantir o alinhamento e cumprimento dos planos e prazos.Suporte administrativo: Apoiar as rotinas administrativas do departamento e o desenvolvimento das atividades da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Marketing, Administração ou áreas afins.Conhecimento no Pacote Office.Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos, como MS Project, Primavera, Monday ou similares.Conhecimento no guia PMBOK.Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, como Scrum, Kanban ou similares.Competências comportamentais:Organização: Capacidade de gerenciar atividades, demandas e prazos.Perfil analítico: Habilidade para analisar dados, resultados e indicadores.Planejamento: Capacidade de organizar prioridades, recursos e cronogramas.Proatividade: Iniciativa para identificar necessidades e propor soluções.Comunicação: Clareza na interação com equipes, clientes e fornecedores.Relacionamento interpessoal: Facilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa.Foco em resultados: Compromisso com metas, prazos e resultados.Resolução de problemas: Agilidade e assertividade na busca por soluções.
