Contributes to a community that is inclusive, culturally sensitive and equitable, and in which everyone experiences a strong sense of belonging.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDigital Strategy, Website & Analytics Website Operations & Development: Maintain and regularly update the school’s website to ensure content is accurate, engaging, current, and aligned with EARJ branding and SEO best practices. Work collaboratively with the website agency as needed to develop and refine Information Architecture (IA), wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts. Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in devising, setting up, and executing both digital and offline marketing campaigns to actively support enrollment and admissions goals. Digital Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics; generate reports to track performance insights. Social Media, Community Management & Newsletters Social Media: Assist in developing post content and strategies for EARJ’s social media channels. Provide content and liaison with the external social media agency. Community Management: Actively monitor and respond to comments and messages across social channels. Attend and cover key school activities and events to produce real-time content stories. Weekly Newsletter Production: End-to-end management of the weekly Community Newsletter, including gathering, organizing, writing, editing, formatting, and distributing timely news to the EARJ community. Graphic Design & Multimedia ContentGraphic Design: Design and update a wide range of digital and print materials (e.g., brochures, invitations, certificates, posters, and flyers) while strictly adhering to EARJ visual identity and brand guidelines. Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos during daily classroom activities, campus life, and major events to expand EARJ’s visual asset library for use in print, website, and social media. Event Support & Logistics Event Support: Assist with the planning, promotion, and hands-on execution of major school events (e.g., Admissions events, Orientation, Halloween, Graduation, etc). Financial Operations & Departmental Support Purchase Order (PO) Management: Request, issue, and track purchase orders within the MXM system, ensuring strict compliance with school-wide regulations, policies, and procurement timelines.Budget & Vendor Tracking: Process vendor invoices, track daily marketing budget expenses, and serve as operational liaison to the Purchasing and Finance departments.Departmental Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team, including maintaining physical inventory, managing promotional collateral stock, and coordinating with third-party vendors.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor's degree in Communication (with Advertising skills), Marketing or Administration. Fluent English (written and spoken)
2 of years experience:Previous experience in marketing and event;Experience in school the same size as EARJ will be a plus.Technical skillsKnowledge in graphic design tools (Canva Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).Hands-on photography and video editing skills are required. Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., Finalsite, WordPress) and email marketing platforms. Knowledge of social media management, web analytics tools, and digital ad platforms (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
