Somos a EuroChem, líder global em nutrição de plantas e uma das únicas empresas do mundo a produzir os três principais macronutrientes da agricultura: nitrogênio, fósforo e potássio (NPK). No Brasil, atuamos de forma integrada, da mineração à produção e distribuição de fertilizantes, levando soluções para o campo e fazendo a diferença em toda a cadeia do agronegócio.Se você busca desenvolvimento, desafios e a oportunidade de gerar impacto em uma empresa global, seu lugar é aqui! #VemSerEuroChem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSer o(a) responsável pela governança dos dados mestres de Supply Chain, estabelecendo padrões, convenções, responsabilidades, fluxos de solicitação e critérios de qualidade;Atuar diretamente na gestão dos dados de materiais, produtos acabados, receitas/BOMs, unidades de medida, embalagens e demais atributos relacionados ao cadastro de produtos;Realizar e acompanhar o cadastro de novos SKUs, blends específicos para clientes e extensões de materiais para plantas e armazéns;Garantir a qualidade, consistência, completude e integridade dos dados nos sistemas SAP e sistemas satélites;Definir e acompanhar indicadores de qualidade dos dados, SLAs e performance da operação de Master Data;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e conduzir iniciativas de saneamento, padronização e atualização de dados;Atuar como referência de Master Data em projetos de transformação, incluindo migrações, implantação de TMS/WMS, harmonização de dados e integração de empresas/processos;Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas de Supply Chain, Comercial, Suprimentos, Fiscal/Tax, Operacional, TI e demais áreas de negócio;Garantir alinhamento com os padrões globais de Master Data do Grupo;Capacitar e orientar usuários-chave das áreas de negócio sobre processos e boas práticas de governança de dados;Liderar e desenvolver o(a) Master Data Analyst, garantindo cobertura e continuidade das atividades da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins;Experiência profissional de 6 anos ou mais em Master Data, Supply Chain ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência sólida com SAP, especialmente nos módulos MM e SD;Experiência com gestão de Material Master, Product Master e/ou BOMs/receitas;Conhecimento em processos de governança e qualidade de dados;Experiência com ferramentas de manutenção/carga massiva de dados, como LSMW, Winshuttle ou similares;Conhecimento de indicadores e metodologias de Data Quality;Conhecimento de atributos fiscais relacionados ao cadastro de materiais no Brasil, como NCM, CFOP, CST e ICMS-ST;Inglês em nível avançado, para interação com estruturas e stakeholders internacionais.Informações adicionais💙 TEMOS MUITOS BENEFÍCIOS ESPERANDO VOCÊ AQUI🚑 Plano de saúde para titular e dependentes🦷 Plano odontológico para titular e dependentes💖 Seguro de Vida💸 Programa de Remuneração Variável💳 Vale Alimentação ou Refeição para o seu dia a dia🥘 Refeitório no local (dependendo da localidade)👩🏽 Licença maternidade de 6 meses (Programa Empresa Cidadã)👨🏽 Licença paternidade de 20 dias (Programa Empresa Cidadã)🧘🏽‍♀️ Temos um Programa especial de Apoio e Cuidado para colaboradores e familiares🏋🏽‍♀️ Você poderá contar com uma plataforma de atividades físicas: Wellhub📚 Parceria com Instituições de Ensino
