Entre elas estão a JBS, líder global em alimentos à base de proteína, além da Eldorado Brasil Celulose, LHG Mining, Flora Higiene e Cosméticos, Picpay, Banco Original e Canal Rural.Estamos em expansão e buscamos um Analista Financeiro Pleno para atuar com Contas a Pagar, realizar relacionamento com banco, lançamento de NF e boletos, e rotinas de contas a pagar.#LI-OnsiteResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar documentação recepcionada para pagamento, antes de ingresso no sistema;Alinhar com áreas correlatas (contabilidade e fiscal) a documentação recepcionada antes de ingresso no sistema, para evitar contingência e retrabalho;Realizar lançamentos de NF, Fatura e Recibo gerando o contas à pagar no ERP;Relacionamento com Instituições Financeiras (Bancos e Cartões Corporativos);Realizar os pagamentos (on e off shore) nas plataformas bancárias (via VAN ou Manual);Realizar a conciliação das contas bancárias da empresa, e fechamento mensal;Monitorar o fluxo de contas a pagar (aging list) e adiantamentos da Companhia, através de relatórios;Relacionamento direto com a controladoria dando informações suporte, quando necessário;Responsável pela conferência e liberação de títulos (reembolso de despesas) no ERP;Abertura de chamados (Plataforma TI) para cadastros diversos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis e área correlatas;Necessário experiência na área financeira com contas a pagar;Conhecimento em conciliações bancárias, cobranças entre empresas, aplicações/resgastes, lançamento de tarifas bancárias em sistemas ERP;Experiência com elaboração de relatórios financeiros.Conhecimento em pagamentos automáticos (VAN bancária) e pagamentos em moeda estrangeira.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho das 08:00 às 18:00 com 01:12 de almoço (restaurante no local);Estacionamento gratuito no local;Fretado no trajeto: Estação Domingos de Morais x JBS / JBS X Estação Domingos de Morais;Vale-transporte e Vale-Alimentação;Assistência Médica/Odontológica e Seguro de vida por modelo de parcerias;Gympass;PLR.
