Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê irá:Executar manutenção de baixa, média e alta complexidade, preventiva e corretiva em veículos, detectando os defeitos visualmente, através de instrumentos específicos, substituindo ou reparando as peças e componentes, necessários para eliminar os defeitos e anormalidades de funcionamento.Orientar e efetuar o desmonte e limpeza do motor, órgãos de transmissão, diferencial e outras partes que requeiram exame, seguindo técnicas apropriadas e utilizando chaves comuns e especiais, jatos de água e ar e substâncias detergentes, para eliminar impurezas e preparar as peças para inspeção e reparação;Proceder à substituição, ajuste ou retificação de peças do motor como anéis, bomba de óleo, válvula, cabeçote, mancais, árvores de transmissão, diferencial e outras, utilizando ferramentas manuais, para assegurar-lhes as características funcionais;Executar a substituição, reparação ou regulagem total ou parcial do sistema de freio (cilindros, tubulação, sapatas e outras peças), sistema de ignição (distribuidor e componentes, fiação e velas), sistema de alimentação de combustível (bomba, tubulações, carburador, unidades injetoras), sistemas de lubrificação e de arrefecimento, sistema de transmissão, sistema de direção e sistema de suspensão, utilizando ferramentas para o reparo do veículo e assegurar seu funcionamento regular;Prestar serviço de socorro nas estradas quando solicitado, atendendo chamados do gerente ou coordenador de manutenção e executando os reparos necessários e possíveis e/ou solicitando serviços especializados, visando à liberação dos veículos;Registrar os serviços realizados nas Ordens de Serviços, discriminando o tipo de serviço, substituições de peças, acessórios, etc., para apropriação de despesas;Zelar pelo uso e conservação de máquinas, equipamentos, acessórios e dispositivos de manutenção, providenciando a limpeza e disposição em locais designados;Auxiliar no plano de manutenção diagnosticando falhas de funcionamento do veículo e estimando o tempo de execução do serviço;Testar desempenho de componentes e sistemas dos veículos, efetuando testes hidráulicos, pneumáticos, pressão de alimentação e vazão de combustível, funcionamento do sistema de arrefecimento, motor e sistema de transmissão. Cumprir e fazer cumprir normas de segurança e procedimentos operacionais específicos relacionados com a atividade;Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo. Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que é essencial apresentar:Ensino Médio Completo ou Técnico de Mecânica Automotiva;Possuir CNH na Classe “B”.Conhecimento em mecânica automotiva a diesel.
