O Consultor Técnico prestará assistência técnica especializada tanto no campo (fazenda do cliente) quanto na oficina da empresa, sempre buscando através do processo adequado, a alta produtividade e eficiência no atendimento e garantindo a melhor experiência possível ao cliente.Se você é um profissional que busca constantemente o desenvolvimento e tem paixão pelo que faz, a Primaq Agrícola é o seu lugar!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDiagnosticar falhas de funcionalidades e desempenho operacional e elaborar orçamento de serviços e peças para o reparo.Realizar manutenções corretivas e preventivas, revisões periódicas e garantias em equipamentos, tanto na oficina do concessionário quanto no campo (fazenda do cliente), assegurando o uso adequado de peças e ferramentas de trabalho e garantindo a qualidade e os tempos de entrega do produto ao cliente.Elaborar laudos técnicos e THD, para aprovação da execução de serviços de manutenção de máquinas e equipamentos em garantia.Realizar entregas técnicas de equipamentos novos ou usados.Preencher relatório de atendimento descrevendo os serviços prestados, bem como a causa da falha, o diagnóstico e solução executada.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário:3 anos de experiência em diagnósticos e manutenções de máquinas e implementos agrícolas (CaseIH e NewHolland é um diferencial) ;Formação: Técnico em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica ou áreas afins;Informática básica;CNH B;Capacidade para trabalhar em equipe;Habilidades de organização e planejamento;Disponibilidade para viagens semanais (trabalhar em campo).Desejável (diferencial):Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica ou Mecatrônica (cursando a partir do 6º semestre)Informações adicionaisVaga disponível para Paragominas/PA e Imperatriz/MA
