Efetuar a manutenção corretiva e programada das maquinas e equipamentos, visando deixa-las em condições de trabalho, e atender as metas de qualidade e produção.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEfetuar manutencao mecanica corretiva das maquinas e equipamentos (Troca de bitolas, troca de correntes, correias,rolamentos, motores, regulagem das maquinas) mediante necessidade;Efetuar manutencao mecanica programada das maquinas e equipamentos (troca de correntes, correias, rolamentos,motores, regulagem das maquinas) mediante a programacao de manutencao;Efetuar melhoria nas maquinas e equipamentos mediante a necessidade e visualizacao dos problemas;Preencher relatorio de manutencao mediante os trabalhos realizados;Auxiliar no controle da fabricacao e estoque de pecas mediante necessidade;Efetuar desenho técnico das pecas mecanicas para a fabricacao mediante necessidade;Executar a lubrificacao regulagens e calibragens de todos os equipamentos mecanicos e pneumaticos conformeespecificacoes de cada maquina, mediante os instrumentos apropriados e programacao de lubrificacao;Atualizar diariamente a programacao de lubrificacao caso aplicavel;Verificar diariamente o relatorio de manutencao dos setores mediante avaliacao visual para saber se houve algumamanutencao que necessite de lubrificacao;Executar servicos de manutencao mecanica programada e corretiva em todos os setores por meio de solicitacao demecanicos, supervisores e coordenadores;Realizar e acompanhar testes com novos lubrificantes mediante necessidade e novos fornecedores;Comunicar a supervisao sobre defeitos de maquinas;Efetuar controle de estoque e solicitacao de compra de lubrificantes;Executar atividades conforme procedimentos do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExigido:Curso Técnico completo em mecânica ou eletromecânica;Horário de trabalho: É necessário ter disponibilidade para trabalhar nos turnos 6x2 – Horários variáveis: 05h:20 às 13h:55 / 13h:40 às 22h:15 / 22h:00 às 05h:35!DesejávelExperiência anterior no segmento industrial.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde;Plano de odontológico;Seguro de vida;Ônibus empresa ou vale transporte - 6%Prêmio Assiduidade (Voucher alimentação);Alimentação na empresa/refeitório próprio;Desconto em produtos revestimentos;Wellhub;Programa de participação nos resultados.
