Como parte do Grupo TRATON, estamos em um momento estratégico de evolução do nosso modelo de negócios, consolidando-nos como um integrador de soluções logísticas sustentáveis.SOBRE A POSIÇÃO:Estamos em busca de Mecânico para atuar em transportadora de cana-de-açúcar, garantindo a disponibilidade operacional e a segurança da frota de veículos pesados. O profissional será responsável pela realização de manutenções preventivas e corretivas, diagnóstico de falhas em motores a diesel, sistemas de transmissão, freios, suspensão e componentes elétricos e hidráulicos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDiagnosticar falhas em motores a diesel, sistemas pneumáticos, hidráulicos e eletrônicos.Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em cavalos mecânicos, motores, câmbios, diferenciais, freios e demais componentes.Executar reparos, substituição de peças e ajustes utilizando ferramentas e equipamentos adequados.Utilizar equipamentos de scanner para leitura de falhas e ajuste de módulos.Realizar testes de funcionamento dos componentes após os reparos.Interpretar desenhos, padrões e instruções de trabalho, entendendo o funcionamento dos componentes e seu inter-relacionamento no conjunto.Efetuar troca de óleos, filtros, lubrificação e inspeções dos equipamentos.Realizar manutenção em pneus e seus componentes, contribuindo para a disponibilidade da frota.Preencher ordens de serviço e registros de manutenção, informando os serviços realizados e materiais utilizados.Realizar diagnósticos e reparos emergenciais, garantindo qualidade e confiabilidade na execução dos serviços.Cumprir as normas de segurança do trabalho, preservação ambiental e organização da oficina.Manter ferramentas, equipamentos e ambiente de trabalho limpos, organizados e em boas condições de uso.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência mínima de 2 anos na área de manutenção de veículos pesados (caminhões, ônibus e carretas);Ensino Médio Completo. Conhecimento em Mecânica Diesel, Mecânica Pesada, manutenção preventiva e corretiva de veículos pesados;Conhecimento em diagnóstico de falhas, leitura de esquemas elétricos e diagramas hidráulicos, operação de scanners e sistemas de controle de manutenção;Conhecimento em sistemas hidráulicos, pneumáticos, metrologia, lubrificação e análise de componentes;CNH categoria "C", "D" ou "E" (desejável);Atenção aos detalhes para garantir a segurança da frota e do motorista;Disposição para aprendizado contínuo, devido à constante modernização eletrônica dos caminhões.DiferenciaisCurso Técnico em Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou áreas relacionadas;Vivência em transportadoras, usinas ou setor agrícola;Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS- Salário Competitivo com o Mercado- Plano de Saúde - Unimed Nacional- Participação nos Resultados (PLR)- Vale Alimentação- Plano Odontológico- WellHub (Antigo Gympass)- Plano de Saúde para Cães e Gatos (PETLOVE)- Seguro de vida- Vale NatalO que você está esperando para se juntar a nós?Se o seu perfil corresponde aos nossos valores e objetivos, deixe seu currículo conosco e não perca a chance de fazer parte da equipe LOTS!Essa vaga está disponível para a inscrição de pessoas com deficiência ou reabilitados do INSS.
