Atuamos com foco no desenvolvimento sustentável e temos um compromisso genuíno com as pessoas.Aqui, cultivamos não apenas os melhores resultados do agronegócio, mas também um ambiente que valoriza a inclusão, o desenvolvimento individual e o crescimento conjunto.Venha fazer parte da SLC Agrícola!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFazer revisão e manutenção mecânica em máquinas e implementos agrícolas.Realizar tarefas de manutenção preventiva em equipamentos, garantindo seu funcionamento eficiente, bem como diagnosticar e corrigir problemas quando necessário.Identificar e diagnosticar problemas mecânicos em máquinas e veículos, utilizando conhecimentos técnicos.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria da eficiência operacional por meio da otimização de processos de manutenção e da implementação de melhores práticas.Auxiliar na substituição de peças desgastadas, danificadas ou com defeito, sob supervisão.Fazer revisão e manutenção da caixa de câmbio.Fazer revisão e manutenção de conjuntos hidráulicos e sensores eletrônicos.Realizar revisão e manutenção de veículos.Revisar e consertar equipamentos agrícolas em geral.Revisar e consertar empilhadeiras.Avaliar o descarte ou a reutilização de peças.Manter a organização da área de trabalho, limpando e conservando locais, ferramentas, aparelhos, máquinas e equipamentos, conforme o programa 5S.Participar de reuniões quando convocado pelo superior imediato, alinhando-se às necessidades e metas estabelecidas, informando sobre as atividades e resultados e relatando eventuais ocorrências ou riscos.Participar de palestras, cursos e treinamentos internos promovidos pela empresa, com o objetivo de adquirir conhecimentos adicionais para a execução eficiente e eficaz de suas atividades.Cumprir as normas de qualidade, segurança do trabalho e meio ambiente, executando suas atividades conforme os procedimentos definidos, prevenindo acidentes e impactos ambientais.
