Estamos ansiosos para receber pessoas dedicadas e apaixonadas pela profissão!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSegurança como valor inegociável.-Cumprir o check List;-Verificar o equipamento, caminhao ou veiculo para identificar os problemas existentes;-Tirar a caixa de marcha e o motor para passar para o mecanico montador;-Identificar e consertar todos os tipos de problemas do motor;-Fazer a mecanica em geral da frota da empresa (cavalos, carretas, veiculos de escolta e apoio);-Verificar Ordens de Servicos e cumpri-las;-Fazer revisao de freios e lonas;-Trocar kits de motor (casquilho movel, casquilho fixo, cabecote, tucho, vareta,).-Fazer uma checagem nos caminhoes, carros e nas carretas;-Averiguar quais pecas sera necessario para realizar o conserto e fazer a solicitacao para Gerente de Manutencao caso nao haja disponibilidades das mesmas;-Desmontar o que for preciso para a manutencao e fazer as trocas e reparos das pecas e sistemas, montar novamente, testando em seguida;-Levar as pecas usadas para o almoxarifado, para que possam ser trocadas;-Fazer manutencao dos guindastes;-Revisao de Suspensao, Motor, Caixa de Cambio e da embreagem dos veiculos leves;-Assinar as Ordens de Servico recebidas e entregues;-Fazer retifica de motores e montagem de caixa;-Trocar pastilhas de freios, Correia dentada, Filtro de combustivel;-Analisar os vazamentos nos cilindros;-Fazer uma revisao geral a cada 24 mil KM rodados nos carros leves;Obs.: Dependendo do nivel em que o profissional se encontrar ele realizara todas ou parte das tarefas acima descritas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursos de Injecao eletronica, sistema de freios, Hidraulica, mecanica em geral;Cursos de caminhoes Scania, Ford, Volks, e mecanicos produtivos;2º grau completo;Um ano de experiencia.
