A cultura Guanabara é o combustível que nos move e nos direciona a sermos focados em segurança, qualidade, curiosos, que pensam fora da caixa e acima de tudo pautados em relações de respeito e confiança.Valorizamos ideias, vivências, opiniões e histórias distintas por acreditar que as diferenças complementam, fortalecem e enriquecem nossa jornada pela evolução contínua e dinamismo do mercado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar serviços de montagem, desmontagem, manutenção preventiva e corretiva em veículos e componentes mecânicos, conforme ordens de serviço e procedimentos técnicos estabelecidos.Realizar montagem e reparos em sistemas de freio, suspensão, direção, embreagem, transmissão e componentes internos e externos do motor diesel.Efetuar substituição, instalação e regulagem de componentes mecânicos, tais como: motores, cabeçotes, pistões, anéis, bronzinas, comandos de válvulas, turbinas, intercambiadores de calor, mangueiras, correias, bombas lubrificadoras, bombas injetoras, bicos injetores, alternadores, motores de partida, bombas d’água, radiadores, platôs, discos de embreagem, caixas de câmbio, diferenciais, compressores de ar, válvulas pneumáticas, cilindros hidráulicos, lonas e tambores de freio, rolamentos, semi-eixos, tanques de diesel, sensores e demais componentes mecânicos.Executar montagem e desmontagem de conjuntos mecânicos, garantindo alinhamento, ajustes e funcionamento adequado dos sistemas.Realizar regulagens de válvulas do motor, válvulas de ar e sistemas de freio, bem como reaperto de cabeçote e demais ajustes necessários.Efetuar abastecimento e complementação de fluidos, incluindo óleo do motor, câmbio, diferencial, fluido de freio, água do radiador e bateria.Realizar limpeza de componentes e sistemas, drenagem de balões de ar e organização da área de trabalho.Preencher fichas de manutenção corretiva, ordens de serviço e requisições de peças junto ao almoxarifado.Zelar pela conservação de ferramentas, equipamentos e ambiente de trabalho, seguindo normas de segurança e qualidade.Executar outras atividades correlatas, conforme necessidade da área e orientação da liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências Técnicas:Experiência profissional com veículos pesados;Montagem e desmontagem mecânica;Manutenção preventiva e corretiva diesel;Conhecimento em motor, freio, suspensão e transmissão;Noções de sistemas pneumáticos e hidráulicos;Competências Comportamentais:Excelente organização;Habilidade para trabalhar em ambiente com alta demanda e prazos definidos;Pro atividade e boa capacidade de trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionaisAmbiente de trabalho dinâmico.Plano de saúde.Plano Odontológico.Vale Alimentação.Seguro de Vida.Convênios com instituições de ensino.Vale Refeição*Benefícios variáveis conforme local de contratação.
