A cada final de semestre, realizamos o Evento de Defesas, uma jornada de conhecimento e inovação aberta à comunidade do MBA USP/Esalq. Esse é o momento em que nossos alunos concluem sua trajetória acadêmica, apresentando seus Trabalhos de Conclusão de Curso (TCC). Os MBAs USP/Esalq são cursos de pós-graduação Lato Sensu coordenados por professores da USP/Esalq e operacionalizados pelo Pecege. No momento, estamos buscando profissionais para atuar como Mediador de Defesas de TCC. Se você gosta de comunicação, tem familiaridade com tecnologia e busca uma oportunidade temporária para expandir sua experiência profissional, essa pode ser a vaga ideal para você! 🚨 LEMBRETE: É de extrema importância que você efetue todas as etapas do processo de candidatura (incluindo etapa de vídeo) para que possamos analisar seu perfil e te chamar para entrevista. Caso você pule alguma das etapas, seu perfil não avançará no processo seletivo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMediar as Defesas de TCC de forma organizada e profissional; Trabalhar presencialmente na sede do Pecege (Piracicaba/SP), enquanto as defesas ocorrem online; Conduzir a mediação seguindo um cerimonial de apoio disponível no sistema; Auxiliar na comunicação entre os participantes da banca: Membro USP, Orientador, Aluno e Mediador (você); Seguir o treinamento fornecido para garantir a melhor condução das atividades. Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação ou pós-graduação (cursando ou concluída – qualquer área); Conhecimento básico em tecnologia: internet, zoom, ativação de câmera/microfone; Domínio da Língua Portuguesa (escrita e falada); Inglês ou Espanhol são diferenciais para atender alunos internacionais (não obrigatório); Possuir MEI (Microempreendedor Individual) – obrigatório; Boa comunicação, desenvoltura e trabalho em equipe; Pontualidade e comprometimento. Informações adicionaisQuer saber como será esse trabalho? *Faremos um contrato de trabalho temporário de 19/11/26 a 05/02/27.  A remuneração será de R$ 120,00/dia trabalhado e apenas via PJ (Pessoa Jurídica - necessário possuir CNPJ/MEI). ● As atividades serão no formato PRESENCIAL na sede do Pecege (Rua Cezira Giovanoni Moretti, 580, Bairro Santa Rosa - Piracicaba/SP), no entanto, será imprescindível residir em Piracicaba; ● Os equipamentos para o trabalho serão fornecidos por nós: Notebook, mouse e headset; ● O horário de trabalho será de segunda a sexta-feira, no turno que será definido, de acordo com a escala: Turno Manhã/Tarde - 07h30 às 14h30 (com intervalo para almoço); Turno Tarde/Noite - 15h00 às 21h30 (com intervalo para jantar). ● As defesas têm um modelo de 1 hora de duração e 30 min de intervalo entre elas; ● Oferecemos café da manhã e almoço (turno manhã); e lanche da tarde e jantar (turno tarde). Agora que você conheceu um pouco mais sobre essa oportunidade, que tal fazer parte desse time? Se você tem o que é necessário para essa vaga e gostou do Pecege, faça agora mesmo seu cadastro e participe do processo seletivo.
