Nossa instituição de ensino, que atende desde a educação infantil até o ensino médio, busca um(a) Mediador(a) de Inclusão Escolar comprometido(a) com o desenvolvimento saudável e integral dos alunos. O profissional será responsável por proporcionar um ambiente acolhedor e estimulante, com ênfase naqueles que apresentam necessidades especiais ou dificuldades de convivência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar aluno(s) com dificuldades de convivência, com ou sem necessidades especiais, durante o período escolar, facilitando sua interação com professores e colegas.Mediar situações sociais, comportamentais, linguísticas e cognitivas.Adaptar conteúdos pedagógicos às necessidades específicas do aluno, utilizando abordagens práticas, lúdicas e sensoriais.Auxiliar o aluno na execução das tarefas da rotina escolar, promovendo gradualmente sua autonomia.Prevenir situações de desregulação emocional e de comportamento disruptivo, no âmbito das atividades na escola.Intervir em situações de comportamento disruptivo, desafiador ou violento, conforme as políticas da escolaOrientar os colegas de classe sobre como interagir adequadamente com aluno(s) assistido(s).Apoiar o(s) aluno(s) em todas as atividades realizadas na escola.Colaborar com o professor regente na adaptação de materiais, estratégias de ensino e gestão da sala de aula, interagindo com todos os estudantes se for o caso.Incentivar o desenvolvimento da comunicação e da interação social do(s) aluno(s).Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosFormação superior em andamento ou concluída em Psicologia.Conhecimentos específicos em educação inclusiva, preferencialmente com cursos na área.Experiência prévia com crianças com necessidades educacionais especiais.Habilidades em manejo comportamental e técnicas de intervenção com crianças.Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e manter boa comunicação com professores, equipe escolar e familiares.Competências DesejáveisPaciência e empatia.Criatividade para adaptar materiais e atividades.Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação a diferentes situações.Habilidade para promover a autonomia do aluno.Informações adicionaisVaga CLT com benefíciosLocal de Trabalho: São Caetano do Sul"Durante o processo de recrutamento e seleção, estaremos habilitados a verificar antecedentes profissionais tanto no Brasil como em todos os países em que o candidato tenha prestado serviços ou residido."
