Responsabilidades e atribuições o  Auxilia, sob orientação e quando solicitado, serviços de manutenção predial (Alvenaria e Pintura), como reboque de paredes, reposição de azulejos e pisos, retoque de pinturas, aplicação de tintas ou texturas, utilizando ferramentas específicas.o  Auxilia, sob orientação e quando solicitado, atividades de manutenção de marcenaria, como: substituição e ajustes de portas e batentes, dobradiças, telhas, reparos de forros, pisos, assoalhos e etc., utilizando ferramentas específicas.o  Auxilia, sob orientação e quando solicitado, atividades de manutenção hidráulica, como: troca de torneiras, registros, bóias, sifão de pias, reparos de válvulas, bem como limpar caixa d´água, refazer encanamentos, reparar vazamentos e reparar calhas, utilizando – se de ferramentas específicas.o  Auxilia, sob orientação, a movimentação de móveis e equipamentos existentes na Companhiao  Zelar pelas ferramentas e equipamentos
