Desenvolver conhecimentos práticos e teóricos por meio do Programa de Aprendizagem, contribuindo para o funcionamento da operação e adquirindo experiência profissional em conformidade com a legislação vigente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na reposição de mercadorias nas gôndolas, ilhas, pontas e demais áreas de exposição.Apoiar a organização e o abastecimento de produtos na área de vendas.Auxiliar na separação de mercadorias leves no depósito para abastecimento da loja.Organizar produtos conforme o layout e orientação da liderança.Auxiliar na limpeza e organização de gôndolas, prateleiras e áreas de exposição.Apoiar a organização e conservação do depósito.Auxiliar na montagem e organização de pontos promocionais.Conferir visualmente etiquetas de preços e comunicar divergências à liderança.Informar produtos com avarias, embalagens danificadas ou outras irregularidades.Prestar atendimento aos clientes, orientando sobre a localização de produtos e encaminhando solicitações aos colaboradores responsáveis.Utilizar corretamente os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e cumprir as normas de segurança da empresa.Participar das atividades teóricas do Programa de Aprendizagem, aplicando os conhecimentos adquiridos nas atividades práticas.Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a condição de aprendiz, sempre sob orientação e supervisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEstar matriculado e frequentando regularmente a escola (quando aplicável).Ter idade compatível com o Programa de Aprendizagem, conforme legislação vigente.Disponibilidade para cumprir a jornada do programa.Interesse em aprender e desenvolver novas habilidades.DesejáveisBoa comunicação.Organização e responsabilidade.Proatividade.Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Interesse pela área de varejo e atendimento ao cliente.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale TransporteSeguro de VidaJornada Jornada de 20 horas semanais das 08h30 às 12h30, conforme disponibilidade da vaga e compatibilidade com o horário escolar do(a) aprendiz.Observação: Nos dias de formação teórica junto à entidade parceira, o(a) aprendiz participará das atividades conforme cronograma do programa de aprendizagem.
