O Mestre de Obras e Manutenção é responsável por liderar tecnicamente as equipes de serralheria, planejando, organizando e acompanhando a execução de obras, manutenções e reformas, conforme as demandas e os cronogramas estabelecidos. Atua na distribuição das atividades, interpretação de projetos e orientação da equipe, assegurando a qualidade, a segurança e o cumprimento dos prazos. Seu principal objetivo é garantir a execução eficiente e segura dos serviços de serralheria, assegurando a disponibilidade de materiais e equipamentos, o cumprimento dos cronogramas e a qualidade das entregas, além de apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe.
