Buscamos um(a)  Modelista Pleno com sólida experiência técnica, visão analítica e sensibilidade estética para o desenvolvimento técnico e a precisão do caimento de nossas coleções.

A (O) Modelista Pleno será responsável pelo desenvolvimento da modelagem de peças de moda praia, garantindo vestibilidade, caimento e acabamento dentro do padrão Haight. Atuará na resolução de desafios técnicos de modelagem, especialmente em tecidos de alta elasticidade (Lycra/poliamida), contribuindo para a melhoria dos processos técnicos e apoiando a equipe de pilotagem e produção. 

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolvimento e Engenharia de Modelagem: Desenvolver modelagem praia no ateliê Haight a partir da ficha de desenvolvimento, garantindo fidelidade de design e viabilidade produtiva, com foco em tecidos de alta elasticidade (Lycra/poliamida).Interface com Estilo e Pilotagem: Atuar junto ao estilo e à pilotagem na interpretação da ficha de desenvolvimento, viabilizando o modelo para a produção. Acompanhamento de Provas: Acompanhar as provas de roupa, analisando vestibilidade, caimento, acabamentos e conforto, propondo e seguindo ajustes para melhorias de qualidade e processo. Suporte à Pilotagem e Protótipos: Dar suporte às pilotistas durante a confecção de protótipos e peças piloto, tirando dúvidas de montagem, acabamentos e interpretação da modelagem. Tabela de Medidas e Ficha Técnica: Elaborar a tabela de medidas e a ficha técnica a partir da peça piloto aprovada, registrando com precisão as especificações técnicas, margens de costura, elasticidade e tolerâncias de encolhimento do tecido, e realizando o cálculo otimizado de consumo para alimentar a ficha, para padronizar as medidas seguidas na produção. Interface com Oficinas e Fornecedores: Acompanhar, junto ao estilo, oficinas e fornecedores, esclarecendo dúvidas de desenvolvimento por reuniões e conferências por telefone, para garantir a vestibilidade e os acabamentos dos produtos entregues.Conferência e Gradação: Conferir e gradar as peças aprovadas para liberação de mostruário e produção, seguindo as diretrizes de gradação de cada modelo e pensando na diversidade de corpos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Graduação ou curso técnico completo em Moda, Modelagem, Design de Moda ou áreas correlatas.Experiência: Sólida e comprovada experiência, com domínio em beachwear/moda praia (Lycra/poliamida), acabamentos e maquinário específico. Domínio Técnico: Domínio de softwares CAD de modelagem (Audaces); conhecimento sobre comportamento de tecidos de alta elasticidade, encolhimento e tensão; boa visão tridimensional e interpretação de forma, caimento e proporcionalidade. Competências Pessoais: Organização, comprometimento, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação para orientar pilotistas e oficinas. Diferenciais: Experiência prévia em marcas autorais de luxo, moda premium ou beachwear de alto padrão. Domínio em modelagem tridimensional (Moulage) aplicada à moda praia. Conhecimento em Pacote Office / Google Workspace. Vivência com otimização de encaixes para redução de desperdício têxtil e fluxos sustentáveis.
