A missão desse cargo é recepcionar e orientar visitantes e hóspedes. Zelar pela guarda do patrimônio observando o comportamento e movimentação de pessoas para prevenir perdas, evitar incêndios, acidentes e outras anormalidades. Controlar o fluxo de pessoas e veículos identificando-os e encaminhando-os aos locais desejados. Receber mercadorias, volumes diversos e correspondências. Fazer manutenções simples nos locais de trabalho.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na orientação de pacientes e visitantes, fornece informações sobre localização de setores e serviços;Orientar pacientes e visitantes, fornecendo informações sobre localização de setores e serviços do hospital;Prevenir e resolver conflitos, intervindo de forma diplomática em situações de desentendimento ou comportamento inadequado;Comunicar ao superior imediato as irregularidades ou situações de risco para o paciente;Zelar pela segurança individual e coletiva, utilizando equipamentos de proteção apropriados, quando da execução dos serviços;Desenvolver suas atividades, aplicando normas e procedimentos de biossegurança;Ter máxima atenção ao uso de celulares nas dependências da clínica, seja por pacientes ou visitantes;Auxiliar pacientes com dificuldades de locomoção e em cadeiras de rodas;Conduzir pacientes em cadeira de rodas na saída do ECT;Circular nas áreas do hospital priorizando sempre as áreas com maior concentração;Orientar visitantes, clientes, fornecedores quanto à localização de setores e departamentos;Auxiliar técnicos a levar pertences até os setores;Estar sempre atento, solícito e proativo com relação a potenciais problemas que por ventura venha a identificar e imediatamente comunicar ao setor competente;Executar outras tarefas correlatas, conforme necessidade ou ausência de seu superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Conhecimento em Rotinas de Monitoramento;Ser Proativo(a), ter uma boa comunicação; Disponibilidade para atuar em escala 12x36 7h Às 19h.Informações adicionais
