A função tem como principal objetivo manter a ordem e o uso adequado das áreas comuns da clínica. É responsável por garantir o bom funcionamento do pátio de um hospital. 

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na orientação de pacientes e visitantes, fornecer informações sobre localização de setores e serviços;Fornecer auxilio no momento de revista com a chegada do paciente antecedente a sua internação;Orientar pacientes e visitantes, fornecendo informações sobre localização de setores e serviços do hospital;Prevenir e resolver conflitos, intervindo de forma diplomática em situações de desentendimento ou comportamento inadequado;Comunicar ao superior imediato as irregularidades ou situações de risco para o paciente;Zelar pela segurança individual e coletiva, utilizando equipamentos de proteção apropriados, quando da execução dos serviços;Desenvolver suas atividades, aplicando normas e procedimentos de biossegurança;Ter máxima atenção ao uso de celulares nas dependências da clínica, seja por pacientes ou visitantes;Auxiliar pacientes com dificuldades de locomoção e em cadeiras de rodas;Conduzir pacientes em cadeira de rodas na saída do ECT;Circular nas áreas do hospital priorizando sempre as áreas com maior concentração;Evacuar e trancar o bosque em dias de vento muito forte;Orientar visitantes, clientes, fornecedores quanto à localização de setores e departamentos;Auxiliar técnicos a levar pertences até os setores;Estar sempre atento, solícito e proativo com relação a potenciais problemas que por ventura venha a identificar e imediatamente comunicar ao setor competente;Identificar e corrigir comportamentos inadequados e fora das normas por parte de pacientes e visitantes, tais como: Fumar em local fechado; Circular descalço ou sem camisa; Exaltação, gritaria e hostilidade; Permanência na Coffee Shop sem objetivo de consumo; Deitar nos bancos; Circular correndo pelas áreas comuns da clínica; Jogar lixo no chão; Ocupar área destinada à geriatria; Namoro entre pacientes; Roupas penduradas em janelas, portas e ar condicionados;Executar outras tarefas correlatas, conforme necessidade ou ausência de seu superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Rotinas de Monitoramento;Informações adicionaisVale Transporte;Alimentação no Local;Plano de Saúde e Odonto (após 90 dias de experiência);Gym Pass.
