Descrição da função: - Conhecer as rotinas de capacitação de treinamento fornecidos pela montadora e administradora de consórcio.- ⁠capacitar os colaboradores na realização das atividades com excelência, cumprindo os prazos estabelecidos e combinados.- ⁠realizar treinamentos para profissionais de vendas admitidos, bem como realização de treinamento de fortalecimento em áreas e produtos que integrantes da equipe demonstre falta de domínio. - ⁠realização de curso de pilotagem para público externo, realizando palestras e treinamentos de segurança no trânsitoResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividades: - Elaborar plano de aula, cronograma de treinamentos e relatórios dos pontos de vendas e da concessionária.- Organizar, realizar e monitorar os treinamentos operacionais, online e presenciais das montadoras, administradoras, financeiras e do Grupo Cometa na concessionária e nos pontos de venda.- Acompanhar um dia de vendas dos consultores no período de experiência e verificar o desempenho em relação à aprendizagem.- Organizar e realizar treinamentos de pilotagem, test ride e test drive.- Organizar e acompanhar o Cometa Leitura, Cine Cometa, Cometa Frutificar e CometaIntegração e programa de saúde e segurança do trabalho.- Elaborar cronograma do café da manhã e lista de aniversariantes.- Realizar procedimentos de recrutamento e triagem de currículos.- Auxiliar na realização do processo seletivo.- Auxiliar na organização de material de vendas e apoio técnico para realização de eventos.- ⁠Realizar a inclusão e a exclusão dos sistemas de treinamentos da montadora e administradora, para que tenham sempre cadastro atualizado sem riscos de desligados ativos.- ⁠realizar acompanhamento e direcionamento dos treinamentos da plataforma LMS da área de Pós Venda, pontuando e informando a liderança os indicadores e necessidades.- ⁠realizar apoio e suporte a gestão comercial da unidade, realizando relatórios de desempenho e outros da área comercial que se fizer necessários E demais atividades relacionadas.Requisitos e qualificações O que você precisa ter:Escolaridade mínima exigida: Superior completo ou em andamentoPacote Office (Excel e PowerPoint)Experiência em treinamentos ou eventos corporativosCNH A e disponibilidade para viagens Quem nos inspira?Alguém que acredite e que se identifique com a nossa cultura:Goste de atender bem e se preocupe com a satisfação do cliente.Seja proativo(a) e tenha senso de responsabilidadeTraga ideias, tenha iniciativa e resolva problemas com criatividade.Tenha interesse por tecnologia e esteja sempre disposto(a) a aprender.Consiga se adaptar a mudanças e novos desafios com facilidade.Seja organizado(a) e se comunique de forma clara.SuInformações adicionais Salário: R$ 3.330,58Plano de Saúde14º salário (de acordo com indicadores)Desconto na compra de produtos e veículos da ConcessionáriaReconhecimento de GenteKit natalinoVale refeiçãoVale transporte
