Nesta posição, você será responsável por garantir a excelência da operação dos promotores e a melhor execução das nossas marcas nas lojas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições 🍪 Coordenar, acompanhar e desenvolver a equipe de Promotores de Vendas sob sua responsabilidade;

🍪 Gerenciar a movimentação dos promotores entre as lojas, garantindo que o time esteja adequado às demandas e prioridades do negócio;

🍪 Garantir que o calendário promocional esteja alinhado e seja executado pela equipe;

🍪 Distribuir materiais de merchandising e acompanhar sua correta aplicação nas lojas;

🍪 Apoiar os promotores na verificação de estoques, oportunidades de exposição e execução no ponto de venda;

🍪 Atuar em parceria com o time de Trade Marketing em ações, ativações e eventos nas lojas;

🍪 Planejar e acompanhar as férias e movimentações da equipe, garantindo a continuidade da operação;

🍪 Assegurar a execução dos padrões de Loja Perfeita, buscando excelência no ponto de venda;

🍪 Construir e manter um relacionamento próximo com gerentes e responsáveis pelas lojas;

🍪 Compartilhar informações e oportunidades do ponto de venda para apoiar os vendedores nas negociações de exposição e execução.

Requisitos e qualificações 🍪 Ensino Superior completo ou em fase de conclusão;

🍪 Experiência na área Comercial e na gestão de Promotores de Vendas;

🍪 Vivência com rotina de campo, execução no ponto de venda e relacionamento com lojas;

🍪 Residir em Joinville SC.
