O Montador Mecânico nível I na Casale Equipamentos desempenha um papel fundamental na montagem, manutenção e reparo de equipamentos agrícolas e industriais. Este cargo inclui atividades adicionais relacionadas à borracharia, como manutenção e substituição de componentes de borracha em máquinas agrícolas.Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Montador de Componentes Agrícolas: Realizar separação e controle de estoque de itens e ferramentas necessários para a execução do trabalho. Verificar e separar peças que serão montadas. Movimentar peças a serem montadas com auxílio da paleteira hidráulica manual e elétrica tracionada. Realizar montagem de componentes, conjuntos e subconjuntos com ferramentas manuais, pneumáticas, elétricas e hidráulicas. Realizar ajustes em peças quando necessário para a execução. Identificar os conjuntos montados com os cartões de acordo com programação (PCP). Realizar armazenamento de peças utilizadas. Identificar e informar sobre defeitos em componentes, conjuntos e subconjuntos. Realizar inventários de estoque de peças utilizadas quando necessário. ·        Montagem e Desmontagem: Auxiliar na montagem e desmontagem de equipamentos agrícolas e industriais conforme orientações e supervisão.·        Inspeção e Diagnóstico: Auxiliar na inspeção e identificação de problemas mecânicos, desgaste de peças e componentes de borracha, sob supervisão.·        Reparos Mecânicos Simples: Auxiliar na execução de reparos mecânicos simples em sistemas de transmissão, suspensão, freios, direção, entre outros, sob supervisão.·        Substituição de Componentes de Borracha: Auxiliar na manutenção e substituição de componentes de borracha, como pneus, correias, mangueiras e vedações, em máquinas agrícolas, sob supervisão.·        Alinhamento e Balanceamento: Auxiliar no alinhamento e balanceamento de rodas e outros componentes, sob supervisão.·        Manutenção Preventiva: Auxiliar na realização de manutenção preventiva em equipamentos, seguindo instruções e procedimentos estabelecidos.·        Cumprimento de Normas de Segurança: Seguir rigorosamente as normas de segurança estabelecidas pela Casale Equipamentos, utilizando equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs) e garantindo a segurança própria e dos colegas de trabalho.Registro de Atividades: Auxiliar no registro das atividades realizadas, incluindo inspeções, diagnósticos, reparos e substituições de componentes, sob supervisão.Requisitos e qualificações·        Formação: Ensino médio completo. Formação técnica em Mecânica, Manutenção Industrial ou áreas relacionadas é desejável.·        Experiência: Experiência prévia como montador mecânico, preferencialmente em indústria de equipamentos agrícolas ou similares. Experiência em atividades de borracharia é uma vantagem. Habilidades em montagens de pneus, calibração e montagens de rodados.·        Conhecimentos Técnicos: Conhecimento sólido em mecânica industrial, sistemas hidráulicos e pneumáticos, bem como em técnicas de borracharia.·        Habilidades Técnicas: Habilidade no uso de ferramentas manuais e equipamentos de diagnóstico. Capacidade de interpretar manuais técnicos e diagramas.·        Atenção aos Detalhes: Capacidade de identificar e resolver problemas mecânicos, com atenção aos detalhes e precisão nas intervenções.·        Trabalho em Equipe: Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipe, seguindo instruções e contribuindo para alcançar objetivos comuns.·        Comprometimento com a Segurança: Comprometimento com as práticas de segurança no ambiente de trabalho, visando prevenir acidentes e garantir a integridade física de todos os envolvidos.
