Afinal, não é pressa, é precisão.Estamos em busca de Montadores de Andaimes, Tapume e Proteções Coletivas para integrar nossa equipe no Acre. O profissional será responsável pela montagem, movimentação e desmontagem de andaimes, pela execução do tapume do canteiro e pela instalação e manutenção das proteções coletivas da obra, atividade diretamente ligada à segurança de todas as frentes de serviço.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMontar, movimentar, ajustar e desmontar andaimes fachadeiros, tubulares e torres móveis, conforme projeto e NR-18;Executar o travamento, o ancoramento e o nivelamento dos andaimes, com instalação de rodapés, guarda-corpos e pisos completos;Executar a montagem e a manutenção do tapume do canteiro e dos fechamentos provisórios;Instalar e manter proteções coletivas: guarda-corpos, bandejas de proteção, telas de fachada, fechamento de aberturas de laje e proteção de shafts e poços de elevador;Montar plataformas de trabalho, passarelas, rampas e escadas provisórias;Inspecionar diariamente as proteções instaladas e comunicar de imediato qualquer avaria ou remoção indevida;Apoiar a equipe de Segurança do Trabalho na liberação das frentes de serviço em altura;Conferir, organizar e conservar peças, componentes e acessórios de andaime no canteiro;Cumprir as normas de segurança do trabalho, em especial as NR-18 e NR-35, e utilizar corretamente os EPIs, incluindo cinto de segurança tipo paraquedista com talabarte duplo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental completo;Experiência comprovada na montagem e desmontagem de andaimes em obras de construção civil;NR-35 (Trabalho em Altura) válida — obrigatória;NR-18 válida;Conhecimento de montagem de proteções coletivas e fechamento de aberturas;Domínio de ferramentas manuais e noções de carpintaria de canteiro para execução de tapume e proteções em madeira;Aptidão para trabalho em altura, comprovada em exame ocupacional;Perfil atento, disciplinado e rigoroso com procedimentos de segurança.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisCurso específico de Montador de Andaimes;Experiência com andaime fachadeiro em edificações de múltiplos pavimentos;NR-06 e NR-12 válidas;Experiência em obras corporativas, institucionais, templos, varejo ou retrofit;Vivência em obras fora do domicílio, com equipe mobilizada.BenefíciosVale-alimentação;Vale-transporte;Cesta básica;Assistência médica e odontológica;Seguro de vida;TotalPass;Ajuda de custo e alojamento para profissionais mobilizados de outra localidade (conforme política interna).
