Otimização de Recursos, redução de custos e desempenho Gestão de contratos, elaboração e controle de cronograma de entrega de projetos; Acompanhamento de contratos de projetistas; Elaboração de orçamentos estimados, buscando a melhor solução de projeto; Identificar novas tecnologias e recursos disponíveis no mercado Identificar e disseminar as melhores práticas entre as Unidades de Negócio; Desenvolvimento e homologação de novos fornecedores; Participar da elaboração do Planejamento Orçamentário dos investimentos das Unidades de Negócio;Realizar avaliações técnicas de projetos civis; Avaliar e aprovar documentação técnica relacionada aos investimentos de civil; Garantir a aplicação das diretrizes para elaboração e revisão dos documentos técnicos para atendimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente; Aprovação de medições das projetistas; Elaboração de Especificações Técnicas; Apoio Técnico às demais áreas das Unidades de Negócio; Novos Negócios Elaboração de documentos técnicos; Estimativas de custos e investimentos;Estudos de soluções técnicas para redução de orçamento.Requisitos e qualificações✅Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia ou Sistemas Metroferroviários.✅Especialização/MBA/Mestrado em Engenharia, Sistemas Metroferroviários, Gestão de Projetos ou Gestão de Negócios.✅Domínio no Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).✅CREA ativo.✅Experiência em obras Metroferroviário (Civil), Estruturas civis específicas para o modal Metro Ferroviário.✅Conhecimento em Autocad, Conhecimento em Revit ou Navisworks.✅Inglês Intermediário.✅Disponibilidade para atuar em São Paulo/SP.Informações adicionaisAo entrar para o nosso time integrado, você fará parte de uma empresa presente em 13 estados do país e que movimenta milhares de pessoas diariamente ao oferecer mobilidade de forma íntegra e que gera impacto positivo na sociedade.
