A Motiva investe na qualificação de novos profissionais e está com inscrições abertas para um novo programa de formação de Agentes de Atendimento e Segurança, que oferece 80 vagas para pessoas interessadas em construir uma carreira no transporte sobre trilhos. Desenvolvida em parceria com o SENAI Mariano Ferraz localizado próximo à estação Imperatriz Leopoldina e a Escola Modus – Centro de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento de Profissionais de Segurança, localizada próxima à estação Luz, o programa é patrocinado pela Motiva e oferece capacitação completa, desde a formação obrigatória de vigilante até o treinamento específico para atuação nas estações metroferroviárias. O programa foi estruturado para ampliar as oportunidades de acesso ao mercado de trabalho, formando profissionais preparados para atuar com mobilidade urbana. O investimento financeiro é da Motiva e não do candidato que não pagará pela formação. A iniciativa vai priorizar moradores das regiões do entorno das linhas administradas pela concessionária e terá um grande diferencial: oportunidade de emprego para os aprovados no final do curso em oportunidades de vagas nas Linhas 8-Diamante, 9-Esmeralda, 5-Lilás e 4-Amarela, ao longo dos seis meses seguintes à formação.O curso é uma porta de entrada para uma carreira em um setor essencial e em expansão.A primeira etapa da formação será o curso de Vigilante, obrigatório para a função, realizado pela Escola Modus. Com duração aproximada de um mês e meio, as aulas acontecem de segunda a sexta-feira, das 19h às 22h40, na Rua Ribeiro de Lima, 308, no Bom Retiro, entre as estações Luz e Tiradentes. Na sequência, os participantes ingressam na formação técnica para Agente de Atendimento e Segurança, ministrada pelo SENAI Mariano Ferraz próximo à estação Imperatriz Leopoldina. O curso tem duração aproximada de dois meses e meio, com aulas de segunda a sexta-feira, das 18h30 às 22h30, além de cinco sábados ao longo da formação, das 8h30 às 17h30. Durante a capacitação, os alunos desenvolvem competências voltadas ao atendimento ao cliente, operação, segurança, relacionamento interpessoal, procedimentos operacionais e atuação em situações de emergência, preparando-se para exercer uma função essencial no dia a dia das estações. Os Agentes de Atendimento e Segurança são responsáveis por orientar clientes, apoiar a operação das estações, contribuir para a organização dos fluxos, atuar na prevenção de ocorrências e colaborar para que a experiência de viagem seja cada vez mais segura e eficiente. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA formação está estruturada com conteúdos teóricos garantindo que o participante esteja preparado para favorecer o desempenho no cargo de Agente de Atendimento e Segurança.O curso é voltado a pessoas com Ensino Médio completo e com disponibilidade para realizar a formação no horário das noturno.  Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você:✅ Ensino Médio Completo;✅ Disponibilidade de horário para realização do curso de segunda a sexta das 18h30 às 22h40 e alguns sábados no horário das 8h30 às 17h30.
