A plataforma de Trilhos da Motiva – nova identidade do Grupo CCR responsável pela operação das Linhas 4, 5 8 e 9 de SP – inova em mais uma ação inédita para o setor metroferroviário da capital ao investir na criação de um curso exclusivo e gratuito de formação de condutores de trem que será ministrado pelo Senai (Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial).A iniciativa vai priorizar moradores das regiões do entorno das linhas administradas pela concessionária e terá um grande diferencial: emprego para 100% dos aprovados no final do curso em oportunidades existentes na plataforma de trilhos da Motiva nos próximos seis meses. O curso é uma porta de entrada para uma carreira em um setor essencial e em expansão.A empresa estruturou essa parceria para formar e qualificar pessoas, que querem iniciar uma nova profissão e carreira promissora no setor metroferroviário, a formação não é garantia de contratação, mas Motiva Trilhos quer empregar 100% dos alunos aprovados ao final do curso, conforme forem surgindo vagas nas Linhas 8-Diamante, 9-Esmeralda e 5-Lilás ao longo dos seis meses seguintes à formação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesA formação em parceria com o Senai esta estruturada com conteúdos teóricos garantindo que o participante esteja preparado para favorecer o desempenho no cargo de Operador de Trem Trainee.O curso é voltado a pessoas com Ensino Médio completo e com disponibilidade para realizar a formação no horário das 18h30 às 22h30.  A formação tem duração de três meses, com aulas presenciais noturnas na unidade Senai Vila Leopoldina. O conteúdo inclui disciplinas técnicas, normas de segurança, atendimento ao cliente e simulações práticas. Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você:✅ Ensino Médio Completo;✅ CNH - Categoria B;✅ Disponibilidade de horário para realização do curso das 18h30 às 22h30 de segunda a sexta e eventualmente alguns sábados.
