Paulista foi fundada em 1951 e está sob o controle do mesmo grupo de acionistas desde 1983.Nosso propósito é desenvolver e conduzir projetos de infraestrutura para os setores público e privado, sendo reconhecidos pela agilidade, respeito e qualidade do nosso trabalho.Estamos em busca de um Motorista de carreta para atuar no transporte de cargas, realizando viagens conforme as rotas e programações da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir carreta de forma segura, responsável e defensiva;Realizar transporte e entrega de cargas conforme rotas e programação estabelecidas;Conferir a documentação da carga e do veículo antes e durante as viagens;Efetuar o carregamento, amarração e conferência da carga, quando necessário;Zelar pela integridade da carga durante todo o trajeto;Realizar inspeções básicas no veículo antes das viagens;Comunicar imediatamente qualquer ocorrência, avaria, acidente ou problema mecânico;Cumprir as leis de trânsito, normas de segurança e procedimentos internos da empresa;Manter o veículo limpo, organizado e em boas condições de conservação;Preencher corretamente os registros de viagem, checklists e demais documentos;Cumprir horários, prazos de entrega e rotas determinadas pela empresa;Manter contato com a equipe de logística durante as viagens;Zelar pela segurança própria, da carga, do veículo e de terceiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCNH categoria E, dentro da validade;Experiência comprovada como motorista de carreta ou veículo pesado;Conhecimento de legislação de trânsito e normas de segurança rodoviária;Conhecimento em direção defensiva e condução segura em rodovias;Disponibilidade para realizar viagens de curta, média e longa distância;Conhecimento básico sobre inspeção e manutenção preventiva do veículo;Facilidade para utilizar celular e aplicativos de comunicação e registro de ocorrências;Conhecimento em conferência de documentos, notas fiscais, comprovantes de entrega e documentação de transporte;Responsabilidade no cumprimento de rotas, horários e prazos de entrega;Boa comunicação, organização, atenção e capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma;Comprometimento com a segurança, conservação do veículo e integridade da carga.Curso de Direção Defensiva;Treinamentos de segurança e prevenção de acidentes;Cursos relacionados ao transporte rodoviário de cargas serão considerados diferenciais;Certificações ou treinamentos específicos exigidos para o tipo de carga transportada serão considerados diferenciais.Informações adicionaisA empresa fornece café da manhã e almoço. Os alojados recebe um cartão no valor de R$ 660,00, destinado à substituição do jantar de segunda a sexta-feira, almoço e jantar do sábado, café, almoço e jantar do domingo e feriados.Os funcionários externos tem alojamento e baixada a cada 90 dias. Salário R$ 3.212,00.
