O(a) profissional será responsável pela condução de veículos de grande porte em rotas estabelecidas, zelando pela conservação do veículo, cumprimento de horários e respeito integral às normas de trânsito e políticas da empresa.Se você tem paixão por dirigir com segurança, excelente atendimento ao público e foco em prevenção, essa vaga é para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e AtribuiçõesConduzir o ônibus com segurança, prudência e responsabilidade, respeitando a legislação de trânsito vigente;Realizar o transporte de passageiros em rotas pré-determinadas (itinerários), cumprindo rigorosamente os horários e paradas programadas;Efetuar a inspeção diária preventiva do veículo (check-list pré-viagem), verificando níveis de óleo, água, calibragem de pneus, luzes, freios e itens de segurança;Reportar imediatamente à equipe de manutenção ou ao setor de Logística qualquer falha mecânica, ruído atípico ou avaria identificada no veículo;Auxiliar o embarque e desembarque de passageiros com cordialidade, paciência e atenção, garantindo a acessibilidade e a postura de respeito;Preencher diários de bordo, fichas de controle de rotas, quilometragem e abastecimento;Zelar pela limpeza, higienização interna e conservação geral do veículo sob sua responsabilidade;Cumprir integralmente os protocolos internos de segurança do trabalho, uso de EPIs e diretrizes de direção defensiva.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental Completo (Ensino Médio é um diferencial);Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) na Categoria D ou E com observação EAR (Exerce Atividade Remunerada) válida;Curso de Transporte Coletivo de Passageiros atualizado e averbado na CNH (conforme Resolução do Contran);Experiência comprovada como motorista de veículos de grande porte (ônibus ou micro-ônibus);Conhecimento e prática em Direção Defensiva e Primeiros Socorros;Histórico de habilitação pontual (sem infrações gravíssimas recorrentes);Disponibilidade de horários para turnos, escalas e rotas específicas.
