O profissional deve seguir rigorosamente as normas de trânsito e garantir a segurança e o conforto dos passageiros durante o trajeto;Operar veículos de transporte público (ônibus) de acordo com as rotas e horários estabelecidos. - Garantir a segurança dos passageiros, cumprindo todas as leis de trânsito e regulamentos de transporte;Receber passageiros, informar sobre itinerários quando necessário. - Realizar inspeções básicas do veículo antes e após o uso, identificando e reportando eventuais problemas;Manter o interior do veículo limpo e organizado. - Comunicar-se de forma clara e cortês com os passageiros, respondendo a perguntas e prestando informações úteis;Cumprir os procedimentos e protocolos da empresa de transporte, incluindo horários;Cooperar com a equipe de operações para resolver problemas ou incidentes durante o serviço;Conhecimento das leis de trânsito locais e regulamentos de transporte;Habilidade de operar veículos grandes e lidar com situações de tráfego urbano;Boa habilidade de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente;Capacidade de manter a calma e agir de maneira responsável;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados, conforme a escala estabelecida pela empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesResidir na região Alto Tiête, próximo à Mogi das Cruzes;Carteira de habilitação na categoria D.Informações adicionaisBenefícios para o colaborador Assistência médica e odontológica; Wellhub (aplicativo de saúde física, mental, emocional e financeira); Seguro de vida; Ticket-alimentação; Cesta básica; Vale-transporte.Benefícios para os seus dependentes Assistência médica e odontológica; Wellhub (aplicativo de saúde física, mental, emocional e financeira).
