Cumprir rotas determinadas pela coordenação de recolhimento de doações em casas, condomínios e lojas de doadores, acompanhando o motorista, carregando, descarregando, preparando e inspecionando a carga no veículo. Atuar diretamente no apoio operacional do Bazar Beneficente, realizando a triagem, separação e organização das doações, garantindo que os itens estejam adequados para comercialização, bem como assegurando o correto fluxo de recebimento, armazenamento e exposição dos produtos.Horário: Segunda a quinta-feira de 08h às 18h e sexta-feira de 08h às 17h.Salário: R$ 1.741,85.Benefícios:Vale-transporte; Vale-alimentação ou vale-refeição; Assistência médica com isenção de mensalidade (UNIMED); Assistência odontológica com isenção de mensalidade

(METLIFE); Assistência educação (Para-Graduar e Pós-Graduar); Auxílio Creche - No valor de R$ 200,00 (por filho) - OBS: benefício destinado para a mães ou responsáveis legais por crianças com até 72 meses de vida ou com filhos com necessidades especiais de qualquer idade; pais com guarda definitiva da criança com até 72 meses de vida ou com filhos com necessidades especiais de qualquer idade; Programa de qualidade de vida; Plano Funerário Santa Casa BH – proteção para você e seus dependentes, com acesso a vantagens exclusivas, incluindo descontos na Academia Pratique, Cinemark, Netshoes, Domino's, Drogaria Araújo e diversos outros parceiros; Parceria com restaurantes, Pacheco, psicólogos, farmácias, oficinas e academias; Cartão presente Natal. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEfetuar os carregamentos, ou armazenagens, e as descargas, apoios gerais na loja de movimentações, recebimento de doações.Cumprir as rotas e cronogramas estabelecidos diariamente pelo superior imediato;Estar devidamente uniformizado com identificação do crachá visível;Recolher doações em casas e lojas, com uma grande variedade de itens, acompanhando o motorista e acomodá-las de forma otimizada no veículo;Tratar com cordialidade o doador;Sanar problemas da rotina que por ventura vier a acontecer;Preencher check list com registros e relatórios dos serviços prestados diariamente;Reportar ao superior questionamentos/feedback dos doadores;Auxiliar no descarregamento e organização do estoque na loja;Seguir os regulamentos do Departamento de Transportes e às normas de segurança;Realizar a triagem das doações recebidas, avaliando condições de uso, separando itens aptos à venda, organizando por categorias e descartando ou encaminhando corretamente materiais inservíveis;Apoiar, quando necessário, as atividades da loja do Bazar Beneficente, prestando orientações básicas aos clientes, auxiliando na organização do espaço e contribuindo para o bom funcionamento da operação;Responsabiliza-se pelo bom nome e reputação da SCBH;Executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e nível de complexidade, mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental Incompleto; Desejável: Ensino Médio Completo.
