Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de negociação inovadoras para casos complexos e de alto impacto, liderando tratativas com múltiplas partes interessadas, analisando cenários e tendências para antecipar riscos e oportunidades, colaborando no desenho de políticas internas alinhadas à legislação vigente, mentorando e capacitando a equipe em práticas avançadas, gerindo indicadores de desempenho para aprimorar resultados, fortalecendo relações estratégicas com stakeholders, mitigando riscos legais e financeiros, participando de projetos estratégicos e atualizando-se continuamente sobre mudanças legislativas e tendências de mercado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e implementar estratégias de negociação, através da estruturação de abordagens inovadoras para casos de alta complexidade, considerando aspectos financeiros, jurídicos e comportamentais, com foco na recuperação de crédito e na manutenção de relacionamentos estratégicos;Conduzir negociações de alto impacto, liderando as tratativas com devedores e representantes em casos críticos ou de grande relevância financeira, gerindo interesses diversos e solucionando impasses de forma eficaz;Analisar cenários e tendências, bem como avaliar dados econômicos, comportamentais e jurídicos para antecipar riscos e oportunidades, fornecendo insights que orientem as estratégias de recuperação de crédito.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável Ensino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas, Direito, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Mínimo de 06 meses de experiência em negociações de crédito de alta complexidade, com atuação em cenários de grande impacto financeiro e envolvendo múltiplos stakeholders, Técnicas avançadas de negociação e gestão de conflitos, legislação e regulamentações aplicáveis à recuperação de crédito, análise de dados, indicadores e relatórios estratégicos, ferramentas de CRM e sistemas de gestão de cobranças.Desejável residir em Juiz de Fora ou cidades próximas.
