Realizar negociações de baixa a média complexidade com devedores, buscando acordos que contribuam para a recuperação de crédito e o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas, auxiliando no registro das informações e no acompanhamento das atividades da área, atuando conforme as diretrizes e orientações recebidas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir negociações de baixa complexidade, realizando a localização e o contato com devedores para propor soluções de pagamento que atendam às condições estabelecidas pelos clientes;Alimentar o sistema do cliente com as informações conforme fluxos estabelecidos em manuais de orientações. Estabelecer contato com o cliente para aprovação de alçadas de negociações, seguindo estritamente as diretrizes estabelecidas. Elaborar pareceres dos casos sob a sua responsabilidade com as informações processuais e negociais;Seguir estratégias definidas, aplicando abordagens orientadas pelos gestores, ajustando-as conforme necessário para atingir os resultados esperados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Mínimo de 06 meses de experiência prévia em atividades de atendimento, negociação ou cobrança, desejável, noções básicas de técnicas de negociação, familiaridade com sistemas de CRM ou cobrança, conhecimento básico de rotinas administrativas;Habilidade para negociar de forma eficaz, comunicando-se claramente, ouvindo ativamente e buscando soluções que atendam aos interesses de ambas as partes. Habilidade para utilização de sistemas e conhecimento em pacote Office. Capacidade de organizar compromissos e participar de reuniões.
