Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Realizar atendimento e abordagem de clientes, apresentando produtos e soluções de forma clara e atrativa;

·        Promover os produtos da empresa nos pontos de venda, garantindo boa exposição, organização e visibilidade da marca;

·        Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer informações e orientações adequadas sobre os produtos;

·        Apoiar o processo de vendas, contribuindo para o atingimento das metas comerciais;

·        Realizar demonstrações de produtos quando necessário;

·        Manter os produtos organizados e adequadamente expostos nos pontos de atendimento;

·        Acompanhar disponibilidade e organização dos produtos, sinalizando necessidades de reposição;

·        Estabelecer relacionamento positivo com clientes e parceiros;

·        Registrar informações e atividades realizadas, contribuindo para o acompanhamento dos resultados;

·        Apoiar ações promocionais, eventos e demais iniciativas comerciais;

·        Atuar em conjunto com a equipe comercial, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva do cliente;·       Ativação de Programas de Trade Marketing; ·       Disponibilizar materiais de Merchandising aos clientes de base.Requisitos e qualificações·        Ensino Médio completo e ou Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas será considerado um diferencial;

·        Experiência anterior com promoção de vendas, atendimento ao cliente, vendas ou atividades comerciais no segmento de máquinas e peças;

·        Boa comunicação verbal e relacionamento interpessoal;

·        Habilidade para abordagem e negociação com clientes;

·        Perfil proativo, dinâmico e organizado;

·        Orientação para resultados e cumprimento de metas;

·        Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e em ambientes dinâmicos;

·        Disponibilidade para atuação em campo e/ou pontos de venda, conforme necessidade da função;

·        Conhecimento do Pacote Office será considerado um diferencial.
