Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar visitas comerciais a clientes e potenciais clientes em sua região do ABC Paulista (Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, São Caetano do Sul, Diadema, Mauá, Ribeirão Pires e Rio Grande da Serra).Prospectar novos negócios, ampliando a carteira de clientes e fortalecendo a presença da marca no mercado;Comercializar máquinas, equipamentos, peças e soluções da NORDTECH, identificando as necessidades de cada cliente;Elaborar propostas comerciais, conduzir negociações e realizar o fechamento de vendas;Desenvolver e manter relacionamento próximo com revendas, distribuidores, produtores e clientes finais;Realizar demonstrações de produtos, apresentando benefícios, aplicações e diferenciais competitivos;Acompanhar o pós-venda, garantindo a satisfação dos clientes e identificando novas oportunidades de negócios;Monitorar o mercado, a concorrência e tendências do segmento, contribuindo com informações estratégicas para o negócio;Trabalhar com foco no cumprimento das metas comerciais e indicadores de desempenho;Registrar visitas, negociações e oportunidades em sistema CRM, mantendo as informações atualizadas;Ativação de Programas de Trade Marketing;Disponibilizar materiais de Merchandising aos clientes de base.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo e ou Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Agronegócio, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas será considerado diferencial;Experiência anterior com vendas externas e desenvolvimento de mercado;Desejável experiência com comercialização de máquinas, equipamentos, peças ou bens de capital;Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação e vendas consultivas;Vivência com sistemas ERP, CRM e Pacote Office;CNH categoria B válida e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes;Boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;Perfil proativo, organizado, resiliente e orientado para resultados;Facilidade para atuar de forma autônoma e realizar gestão eficiente da carteira de clientes.
