Temos como princípio oferecer um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade, pois trabalhamos com um bem extremamente precioso: a Saúde.Venha trabalhar conosco e fazer parte de uma equipe que tem o compromisso de salvar vidas e construir o Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar criticamente os dados referentes aos indicadores da área, com revisão de metas e plano de ação.Desenvolver programas de educação continuada, visando a capacitação interna e desempenho.Elaborar e analisar relatórios gerenciais em geral, nas áreas de atuação do cargo, a fim de levantar dados e informações sobre resultados, planejamento, orientando a tomada de decisão para melhores resultados.Elaborar e atualizar os impressos e materiais necessários para o atendimento nutricional aos pacientes/clientes, tais como, ficha de atendimento, anamnese, orientações, receituários e outros.Elaborar e participar de treinamentos oficiais da instituição quando solicitados, visando desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua, tanto de procedimentos quanto em relação a qualidade.Elaborar planos de ação para correção de processos ou desvios de qualidade previamente identificados, diluindo não conformidades em auditorias, dando manutenção ás certificações existentes.Elaborar, implantar e manter atualizados os documentos técnicos pertinentes a sua área de atuação (manuais e protocolos técnicos e Procedimentos Operacionais Padronizados (POPs) ), conforme legislação vigente.Identificar e propor melhoria contínua nos processos, visando a excelência da área.Realizar a gestão da equipe sob sua responsabilidade, controlando horário, quadro, afastamentos, dando instruções, controlando e programando férias, dando orientações e demais ações inerentes a gestão de pessoas, fazendo cumprir as diretrizes e políticas institucionais.Auditar internamente os processos relacionados à gestão de riscos, e outros temas, garantindo padronização e cumprimento dos procedimentos, a fim de dar manutenção ao sistema de qualidade e manutenção de certificações existentes.Elaborar boletins de gerenciamento de risco de eventos de gerenciamento de risco, contribuindo com conhecimento em processos de qualidade a fim de mitigar riscos inerentes ao trabalho a ser executado na área de atuação do cargo.Implantar processos visando a melhoria contínua para melhorar a qualidade e segurança do paciente, descrevendo, treinando e orientando demais unidades.Notificar eventos adversos relacionados à farmacovigilância, tecnovigilância e hemovigilância à ANVISA e outros órgãos regulatórios pertinentes.Realizar simulados como múltiplas vítimas, Incêndio e Abandono, Rapto Infantil entre outros, auxiliando nos processos de segurança do paciente e conformidade dos serviços prestados.Realizar treinamentos relacionado ao sistema da qualidade para campanhas, segurança, produzindo material e garantindo sua multiplicação, para manutenção das certificações.Prestar atendimento ao paciente de forma humanizada, observando aplicação de técnicas e conhecimentos no exercício da profissão, com ética e respeito, buscando ser resolutivo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Nutrição Completo;Desejável Pós-Graduação em áreas correlatasRegistro ativo no Conselho de classe.Informações adicionaisHorário: 08:00 as 17:00 - segunda a sextaUnidade: UBS Jardim Três MariasVaga temporáriaBenefícios:Vale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoVale TransporteAuxílio CrecheSeguro de Vida em GrupoEmpréstimo ConsignadoAtendimento Ambulatorial e Odontológico - SPParcerias:Incentivo a Educação / UniversidadesFarmáciasSESC
