Integrante do Sistema Nacional Unimed, atua há mais de 47 anos oferecendo assistência à saúde humanizada, ética e de qualidade.Com mais de 2.900 médicos cooperados, a Unimed Goiânia reafirma seu compromisso com a medicina social, a responsabilidade com a comunidade e a excelência no cuidado com as pessoas, promovendo saúde com respeito, cooperação e inovação.Tem sempre uma nova oportunidade de mostrar o seu jeito de cuidar de todos!#ESSEÉOPLANOResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesDescrição Sumária: Realizar avaliação nutricional do beneficiário no consultório; Acompanhar estado clínico do paciente e o tratamento nutricional; Prescrever e alterar suplementos e fitoterápicos; Requisitar materiais; Auxiliar na triagem de beneficiários quando necessário.Descrição Detalhada: Realizar avaliação nutricional do paciente no consultório, utilizando recordatório 24 horas, antropometria, sinais, sintomas, histórico, antecedentes familiares, medicamentos, análise de exames e parâmetros antropométricos;Acompanhar o estado clínico do paciente e o tratamento nutricional, registrando todas as informações do tratamento nutricional na pasta de evolução do paciente, avaliando exames laboratoriais quando necessário;Prescrever suplementos e fitoterápicos, elaborando dieta e orientações nutricionais de acordo com a patologia do paciente, considerando as necessidades nutricionais e alterando a dieta conforme o estado clínico do paciente ou mudança de procedimento médico;Entrar em contato com o paciente confirmando o agendamento da consulta, quando necessário;Requisitar materiais no Setor de Almoxarifado, conforme necessidade;Auxiliar nas triagens de beneficiários, quando necessário;Participar de reuniões conforme orientação do líder.Realizar outras atividades pertinentes ao cargo, de acordo com a orientação do gestor da área.Requisitos e qualificações 🟢 Vaga: 12438026 – Nutricionista – Serviços Suplementares 🎓 Requisitos necessários: Ensino Superior completo em Nutrição; Registro profissional ativo no CRN; Experiência em Nutrição Clínica ampla; 🧠 Competências e conhecimentos desejados: Comprometimento; Flexibilidade; Empatia; Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal; Avaliação e acompanhamento nutricional; Prescrição de suplementos e fitoterápicos; Elaboração de dietas e orientações nutricionais. 🎓 Diferencial: Especialização, Pós-graduação ou MBA em Nutrição Clínica. 📍 Local e jornada de trabalho:UNIMED-GOIÂNIA – Espaço Sinta-se Bem, Rua 15-A, 212 – Setor Aeroporto, Goiânia – GOSegunda a sexta-feira, das 13h às 19h, e sábado, das 07h às 13h.
