Experiência prática em manutenção predial e possuir mais de uma habilidade técnica, como: pintura, alvenaria, hidráulica e elétrica básica;Vivência em manutenção predial preventiva e corretiva;Experiência em condomínios comerciais, residenciais, empreendimentos ou ambientes similares será considerada diferencial;Conhecimento em NR será considerado diferencial, mas não é obrigatório;Não é necessário conhecimento em leitura de projetos;Capacidade de executar atividades de forma autônoma, com qualidade e sem necessidade de acompanhamento.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento de chamados internos;Execução de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;Apoio às equipes de diferentes especialidades e departamentos, conforme necessidade;Rotina organizada por agenda de atividades e prioridades (07h42 às 12h00 – almoço – 13h00 às 17h30);Atuação em ambiente residencial/condominial, prezando pela qualidade do atendimento e conservação das áreas comuns.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesProatividade;Organização;Boa comunicação, mantendo discrição e profissionalismo;Agilidade na identificação e solução de problemas;Facilidade para trabalho em equipe;Postura cordial e respeitosa;Perfil operacional, com postura "mão na massa";Comprometimento com as atividades e horários;Alto grau de autonomia e responsabilidade.
