A Oliveira Energia está contratando Oficial de Manutenção de Edificações para atuar na usina localizada em Novo Airão. Quem assumir a posição irá reportar-se ao Supervisor da Usina e será responsável pela conservação e manutenção das instalações da unidade, realizando atividades de limpeza, organização e pequenos reparos prediais. Também atuará na execução de serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, apoiando reparos em instalações e equipamentos da usina, além de contribuir para a conservação das áreas internas e externas, garantindo um ambiente seguro, organizado e em boas condições de funcionamento.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar serviços de manutenção civil, reparos em edificações e pintura em geral;Realizar serviços de conservação e higienização em áreas administrativas, alojamentos, oficinas e depósitos;Manter e zelar por máquinas, equipamentos, móveis e utensílios;Instalar e reparar condutores de água, esgoto e equipamentos sanitários;Apoiar na montagem e desmontagem de mobiliários;Utilizar ferramentas e máquinas de uso industrial para limpeza, conservação e manutenção;Executar serviços braçais para preservação patrimonial, como jardinagem, podas e apoio em áreas adjacentes;Cumprir rigorosamente as normas de segurança, saúde ocupacional e meio ambiente Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (técnico em elétrica, mecânica ou eletromecânica é um diferencial)Experiência anterior em LIMPEZA, CONSERVAÇÃO, PEQUENOS REPAROS CIVIS, ELÉTRICOS E HIDRAULICOS.Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de turno/plantão, incluindo finais de semana e feriadosPerfil analítico, responsável e com boa capacidade de tomada de decisão sob pressãoInformações adicionaisVale-alimentaçãoVale-transportePlano de saúdeSeguro de vida
