Ficaremos felizes em receber você no nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPreparar, operar e realizar ajustes em centros de usinagem CNC conforme folha de processo e programação;Monitorar o desgaste das ferramentas, efetuando substituições, preset e regulagens quando necessário;Inspecionar visual e dimensionalmente as peças, garantindo a conformidade com desenhos técnicos e planos de controle;Registrar apontamentos de produção, incluindo início, término e paradas das ordens de produção;Identificar e etiquetar os produtos, assegurando a rastreabilidade conforme o Sistema de Gestão Integrada;Executar operações complementares, como acabamento e gravação de peças durante o ciclo de usinagem;Preencher relatórios de qualidade, controle de perdas, quebras de ferramentas e demais documentos da área;Realizar a limpeza do posto de trabalho e executar atividades de manutenção autônoma dos equipamentos;Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos, buscando eficiência, qualidade e atualização técnica;Cumprir as normas de segurança, qualidade, meio ambiente e os procedimentos internos da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Desejável conhecimento básico em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos para separação das peças;Diferencial: cursos técnicos na área de Mecânica e Usinagem;Disponibilidade para atuar no período das 15h45 às 1h30.Informações adicionais 🍽️ Vale-Alimentação Flexível 🚌 Vale-Transporte 🍴 Restaurante no Local 🩺 Assistência Médica e Odontológica 🎮 Grêmio Corporativo (participação em atividades e eventos promovidos pelo grêmio da empresa, além de um espaço para descanso com jogos e sala de TV) 🎓 Bolsa de Estudos e Parcerias com Universidades e Escolas de Idiomas 💳 Empréstimo Consignado 🏋️ TotalPass (acesso às melhores academias e estúdios do país) ❤️ Seguro de Vida 🤝 SESI 🏆 PLR (Participe do sucesso da empresa por meio da Participação nos Lucros e Resultados).
