Atua seguindo os processos e normas internas da empresa, garantindo organização, controle dos valores e qualidade no atendimento, contribuindo para uma experiência de compra positiva.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender os clientes com cordialidade, agilidade e atenção, conforme os padrões orientados pela empresa.Registrar corretamente os produtos no sistema (PDV), incluindo a pesagem de produtos quando necessário, e realizar a cobrança conforme as formas de pagamento.Conferir valores recebidos, troco e autenticidade de cédulas e documentos.Realizar abertura, controle e fechamento de caixa conforme os procedimentos da empresa.Solicitar apoio do fiscal de caixa quando necessário (cancelamentos, liberações, divergências, entre outros).Manter o checkout limpo, organizado e em bom funcionamento.Manusear as mercadorias com cuidado durante o atendimento.Apoiar clientes em dúvidas, informações de preços e eventuais divergências.Seguir os processos internos, normas de segurança e padrões de atendimento da empresa.Apoiar na organização da loja, precificação e reposição de produtos quando necessário.Divulgar promoções e orientar clientes sobre produtos e serviços.Participar de treinamentos e colaborar com a integração de novos colaboradores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos básicos de informática.Perfil ágil, organizado e atento aos detalhes.Facilidade de relacionamento e trabalho em equipe.Experiência com atendimento ao público ou operação de caixa será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios Quebra de caixaVale alimentaçãoVale-transporteSeguro de vidaJornada 07h20 diárias em escala 6x1, com atuação aos domingos e feriados conforme escala de revezamento.
