Registrar os produtos adquiridos pelos clientes, fazer as devidas cobranças e atende-los da melhor forma possível.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Abrir o terminal de Caixa (PDV), verificar com a chefia o caixa/posto em que estará alocado no dia, verificar a funcionalidade do equipamento, informar login e senha para iniciar a operação e o atendimento aos clientes;• Operar o terminal de Caixa (PDV), registrando as mercadorias compradas pelos clientes, informar ao cliente sobre o valor total da compra e receber o pagamento conforme finalizadora correta;• Identificar produtos não encontrados pelos clientes e anotar na planilha de produtos não encontrados;• Oferecer-lhe o serviço de recargas de celular;• Explicar sobre o Programa de Fidelidade, bem como ofertar campanhas vinculadas ao programa quando houver;• Realizar sangrias periódicas no caixa, dispor os valores em espécie (dinheiro) chamando o fiscal de caixa para efetuar a sangria;• Realizar procedimentos de troca de mercadorias através do Vale Troca, realizar cancelamento de compras e itens por solicitação do cliente, chamando o fiscal que dará este suporte e efetuará tal procedimento;• Auxiliar na reposição e devolução de produtos descartados pelos clientes por motivo de desistência, bem como ajudar no recolhe de carrinhos de clientes no estacionamento quando necessário;• Fazer o fechamento de caixa diário, contar os valores em espécie (dinheiro), retirar relatório de pagamentos via cartão de débito/ credito, fazer a sangria e alocar os valores em malote.
