Para isso, não renunciamos aos nossos valores: Pessoas, Ética e Transparência, Segurança e Meio Ambiente, Inovação e Resultados.Nossa equipe é formada por Pessoas que querem fazer a diferença e participar de um grande processo de transformação.Venha fazer parte desse Time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperar colheitadeiras de diferentes dimensões e potências para realizar atividades de colheita, debulha, limpeza, acondicionamento, carga e descarga de culturas agrícolas.Conduzir e monitorar o funcionamento dos sistemas mecânicos, hidráulicos e axiais da colheitadeira, garantindo a eficiência das operações.Controlar painéis de comando e instrumentos, acionando e desligando máquinas, equipamentos e implementos conforme os procedimentos operacionais.Monitorar a velocidade da colheitadeira e de seus componentes, assegurando o desempenho adequado durante a operação.Regular os sistemas de corte e alimentação, trilha, separação, limpeza e elevação, de acordo com as características da cultura e das condições de trabalho.Auxiliar no planejamento das atividades de colheita, incluindo a avaliação das condições das plantas e do estágio de maturação das culturas.Sinalizar áreas de cultivo e áreas com risco de acidentes, contribuindo para a segurança das operações.Zelar pela conservação, limpeza e correto funcionamento da colheitadeira e dos equipamentos utilizados.Atuar em conformidade com as normas de segurança da empresa, normas disciplinares e Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POP).Requisitos e qualificaçõesVivência nas operações com Colhedora de cana;CNH B.Conhecimento técnico em operação de colhedoras agrícolas, incluindo ajustes, regulagens, monitoramento do desempenho e conservação do equipamento.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosPlano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida em Grupo;Alimentação em Restaurante na Empresa;Associação para Funcionários;Casas em Comodato (disponíveis para algumas unidades);Programa de Premiação;Vale alimentação.
