Responsável pala movimentação segura e eficiente de mercadorias dentro do centro de distribuição, operando empilhadeiras para carregar, descarregar e organizar produtos de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecido, garantindo a sua manutenção, visando agilidade e precisão no armazenamento de mercadorias,Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperação de Empilhadeira: Operar empilhadeiras de forma segura para movimentar mercadorias dentro do centro de distribuição e entre áreas de carga e descarga, realizar o carregamento e descarregamento de caminhões e containers, garantindo a correta estocagem dos produtos;Armazenagem e Organização: Organizar e estocar produtos de acordo com os padrões e layouts estabelecidos, manter a ordem e a limpeza das áreas de armazenamento e garantir que os produtos sejam armazenados de forma segura;Inspeção e Manutenção: Realizar inspeções diárias nas empilhadeiras e reportar qualquer problema ou necessidade de manutenção ao líder, seguir os procedimentos de manutenção preventiva para garantir o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos;Controle de Inventário: Auxiliar no controle e na conferência de inventário, garantindo a precisão dos registros e a correta localização dos produtos, participar de contagens de inventário conforme necessário;Segurança: Cumprir com todas as normas e procedimentos de segurança e regulamentos de segurança no trabalho, Utilizar os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) apropriados e seguir as diretrizes de segurança estabelecidas;Colaboração: Trabalhar em colaboração com outros membros da equipe e departamentos para garantir a eficiência das operações, Comunicar-se efetivamente com lideres e colegas para resolver problemas e otimizar processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Certificado de operador de empilhadeira (de acordo com a legislação local) é obrigatório;Experiência anterior como operador de empilhadeira ou em cargos similares é desejável;Conhecimento de operação de empilhadeiras, habilidades básicas de matemática e leitura, e capacidade de seguir instruções detalhadas.Atenção a detalhes, capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, e habilidades de resolução de problemas.Experiência com diferentes tipos de empilhadeiras e sistemas de gestão de inventário.Conhecimento sobre normas de segurança e regulamentos aplicáveis ao trabalho em centros de distribuiçãoBoa comunicação e habilidades interpessoais;Organização;Pontualidade e Assiduidade;Produtividade;Prontidão e iniciativa;Respeito as Normas e Regras;Trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho:100% presencial.Benefícios:Refeição no local;Vale Transporte;Assistência médica - opcional por adesão após 90 dias de empresa.Assistência odontológica;Seguro de vida;Descontos em Instituições de Ensino para graduação, pós e cursos de extensão;Roldão Mais: Aqui o colaborador tem desconto nas lojas Roldão Atacadista, pagando preço de atacado;Kit maternidade;Universidade Corporativa - Academia Roldão: Participação em treinamentos, com trilha de aprendizagem especifica para cada colaborador.
