Procuramos um Operador de Empilhadeira comprometido, atento às normas de segurança e preparado para atuar na movimentação de produtos lácteos em nossa operação de armazenamento refrigerado. Se você possui precisão no manuseio de cargas e experiência em ambientes de baixa temperatura, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Sua Missão no Dia a DiaOperar empilhadeira (retrátil ou elétrica) para movimentação, estocagem, carga e descarga de paletes na câmara fria.Organizar e armazenar produtos lácteos respeitando as normas do sistema FIFO/PEPS (Primeiro que Entra, Primeiro que Sai) e a integridade da cadeia de frio.Realizar a conferência de mercadorias e atentar-se à integridade das embalagens e identificações de lote/validade.Auxiliar nos processos de inventário e contagem do estoque refrigerado.Zelar pelo bom funcionamento, conservação e carga das baterias do equipamento.Cumprir rigorosamente as normas de Segurança do Trabalho, Higiene Operacional e Uso de EPIs térmicos exigidos para o ambiente.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Operador de Empilhadeira em Câmara Fria, suas principais atividades serão:Movimentação de Cargas: Operar empilhadeiras (elétricas e/ou retráteis) para movimentar, empilhar e armazenar paletes de produtos lácteos dentro da câmara fria e áreas de transição.Carga e Descarga: Executar o carregamento e descarregamento de caminhões e carretas refrigeradas, garantindo a agilidade e a segurança operacional.Gestão de Estoque (FIFO/PEPS): Organizar os produtos no estoque respeitando rigorosamente a rotatividade de datas de validade (Primeiro que Entra, Primeiro que Sai) para preservar a qualidade dos laticínios.Cadeia de Frio: Manter o fluxo rápido e eficiente de movimentação para evitar a exposição dos produtos à variação térmica fora do ambiente refrigerado.Conferência e Bipagem: Realizar a bipagem de produtos via coletores de dados (WMS) e verificar a integridade das embalagens, etiquetas e lotes durante a movimentação.Apoio a Inventários: Participar ativamente das contagens periódicas e inventários do estoque refrigerado.Manutenção do Equipamento: Realizar o check-list diário da empilhadeira (pneus, freios, baterias e estado geral), reportando imediatamente qualquer irregularidade ao setor de manutenção.Segurança e Higiene: Utilizar obrigatoriamente todos os EPIs térmicos e de segurança fornecidos, seguindo rigorosamente as normas de Higiene Operacional, Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) e Segurança do Trabalho.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara se candidatar a esta vaga, você precisa ter:Escolaridade: Ensino Médio completo.Certificação: Curso de Formação de Operador de Empilhadeira (com CVR/Certificado válido dentro do prazo de reciclagem).Aptidão para Câmara Fria: Disponibilidade e aptidão física para trabalhar em ambientes de baixa temperatura (suportando a rotina com EPIs térmicos específicos).Diferenciais que farão você se destacar:Setor Alimentício: Experiência anterior em indústrias de laticínios, alimentos, bebidas ou logística de perecíveis.Sistemas de Estoque: Conhecimento prático no uso de leitores/coletores de dados WMS, bipe e sistemas de gestão de estoque (como SAP ou TOTVS).Boas Práticas: Treinamento ou conhecimento prévio em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) e segurança em câmaras frigoríficas.
