Inscreva-se!#VocêNaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorp #VemPraCastertech Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar a preparar e operar máquinas da moldagem, macharia, central de areia e rebarbação, conforme instrução de trabalho, afim de garantir o fluxo produtivo do setor;Alimentar os moldes com machos, luvas e filtros; ajustando e trocando ferramentas dentro do processo de sua área de atuação, conforme as instruções de trabalho e nos prazos de entrega e volume estabelecidos;Realizar processo de rebarbação e quebra de canal conforme especificações de qualidade e padrões físicos;Fazer limpeza e descarte dos moldes e machos quando necessário, seguindo padrões estabelecidos nos planos de controle da área;Zelar pela organização e limpeza do local de trabalho, máquinas e equipamentos interagindo e organizando kaizens, 5S e Manutenção Autônoma, conforme procedimento do TPM na sua área de atuação;Executar atividades adicionais ao estabelecido para o cargo, de mesma natureza e complexidade, observando solicitação do superior imediato e/ou demanda interna;Efetuar limpeza da área de trabalho, retirando excesso de areia ou pó dos equipamentos e/ou do piso fabril. Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Fundamental incompleto ou concluído.Informações adicionaisHorários de Trabalho:Turno 1 - Das 07h12 às 17h;Turno 2 - Das 17h às 02h12;Turno 3 - Segunda da 00h às 07h12; Terça a Sexta das 02h12 às 07h12; Sábados das 02h12 às 12h48.Observação:Esta função requer o uso de máscara de proteção respiratória com vedação facial. Em conformidade com a Portaria MTP 672/2021 e com o Programa de Proteção Respiratória da Fundacentro, é necessário que o colaborador não apresente pelos faciais que comprometam a vedação do equipamento.
